Wow, amazing help from this company, the best customer service! I ordered a game for my granddaughter's birthday. She lives over 300 miles from me, so I arranged for the order to be delivered direct to her home, but that meant I couldn't wrap the gift or send a birthday message with it. I tentatively made enquiries about whether the gift could be wrapped and a message added by the company before sending. Travis, who dealt with it, said he didn't think it would be possible but that he would ask for me. I really didn't expect to hear any more, but blow me down, the next morning Travis contacted to let me know the gift had had a message added, been wrapped and was on its way to my granddaughter! Really unusual to get such a personal response and that Travis took the trouble to go the extra mile for me, it really meant a lot. Very happy with my dealings with this company, wish others were half as accommodating, good job Facade games!
