Never use them. This company is a fraudulent company. They don't send anything to the irs and send you an irs rejection email. When you ask for a refund, they run you around in circles and then finally tell you that you won't get a refund. SCAAAAAAAAAM
Used their Expressextension.com website to submit a tax extension for one of my businesses. Something went wrong on the website and I get an error message. I chat online with their rep, who was trying to tell me that it went thru. I emailed them the next day and had a back and forth correspondence. Eventually, they asked me to call to IRS to check if IRS received my extension. I did call, they didn't receive it. I tell it to ExpressExtension.com and asked for a refund. They were trying to brush me off, then they were saying that maybe someone else sent an extension on my behalf (I have no one to do so), etc. They were ignoring a few times my request for a refund. Eventually, told me they will not issue a refund. Awful customer service and wasting customer's time in the hope that a customer gives up and back off. Elena
