Phil Guertin is honest and very straightforward. He does what he says and what he promises. I could not ask for a better relationship with a service provider. He is fair and open minded and follows through every time. If you need cash in a hurry, call Phil. He will deliver. PS: I have known Phil for over 20 years. He is the best.
