Olivia is in charge of our book. Her work has been on point. She found the perfect illustrations for this manuscript and put them in exactly the right places. The proof she sent is beautiful. We love it and look forward to seeing it on store shelves!
Other than my promised/expected time line from start to finish did not happen, the delays were handled in an acceptable manner. I appreciate how immediate corrections and changes were made when I requested. All staff I dealt with were knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing negative was the infrequency of promised returned phone calls. Once Ms Olivia Jamison came on board the project moved. I cannot thank her enough! Realizing this is a team effort, there are sometimes glitches. Disaster is avoided by displayed leadership of Ms Jamison. One of my regrets is that I was told on 12/10/2025 my writing to book final would take approximately 3 weeks. Here we are over two and a half months.

We began working with Expert Book in January of 2024. Once our book was finally finished, formatted, edited and published we were ready for marketing and social media. That was when the magic began. We were introduced to Emma Jones in April of 2025. Emma leads the social media and marketing team. From the very first call we knew we were in the right hands. Emma is sharp, engaged, enthusiastic, pro active and a genuinely kind, caring and top notch professional. She dove in with both feet communicating with and including us in every step. Right after my reviewing, acceptance and signing of a standard Contract with the “Expert BOOK PUBLISHER”, my designated Manager, carefully pursued every single aspect of the provisions of the Contract, and professionally worked closely together with me to perfectly deliver them in practice, to get my book ready and 100% qualified to be successfully published by the Amazon KDP accordingly. Total incompetence and dishonesty. These are scamartists. They misprinted my book, failed to promote it,failed to distribute it,and never paid me.
This was a total failure of Expert to follow through on the agreement signed in May. One issue was a completion in 3-4 weeks. After 4-5 months, multiple back and forths when things were not changed, and three projects managers later, we gave up. Expert agreed to refund 40% of the initial payment the first week in November. Nothing so far. I would not trust my book publishing to this group. Big promises, very little action
The way the team worked with an amateur author, me. Being patient and very open with answers to my questions. And helping me with problems. I would recommend your publishing company anytime to friends. I never thought I'd ever publish a a book, and now look at me. I'm a published author. The team helped me with questions and gave me answers to questions when I was not sure about stuff. It helped me open up. I am not a very open person. I do not like talking about myself. And this story I wrote helped me to bring my style of writing and storyline to the public. I just hope people like it.
There were a number of changes and they did the all very well. Book was done in the time frame promised.
The company has been great to work with. They helped through the process to assure my book would be exceptional. They walked me through the process one step at a time. Any concerns I had were addressed and solved immediately.
Title: Extremely disappointing experience; avoided by othersI am extremely disappointed with Expertbookpublisher. After 11 months, I still have not received my book. I have called and texted multiple times with no resolution. They sent me AI-generated art that was not appropriate for my book, which I clearly rejected. They also misplaced my manuscript, which I had professionally edited before sending it to them.I believe this company is engaging in dishonest and unprofessional practices. I am preparing to pursue legal action and seeking a full refund. I have kept all communications and will forward them to my attorney.Recently, I spoke with someone who promised to complete the project immediately, but the preview they sent contained numerous grammar errors and artwork that looked like it was produced by a novice. This experience has been misleading and frustrating.Warning to others: proceed with extreme caution, if at all. I do not recommend using Expertbookpublisher.
Beware. They charged me $1,000 for literary rights (copyright, LCCN, and ISBN). They provided LCCN (free), and ISBN (<$100 when purchased in bulk). After 1 year I still don’t have a copyright. They charged me $1,600 to distribute 200 books to 2 different out of state retail brick and mortar bookstores. After nearly a year, only 15 books were delivered. In addition to the agreed editing fee, I was charged an additional $750 to select genre categories in Amazon. After many calls and unanswered emails spanning several months requesting a refund for services not performed, I’m now pursuing reimbursement through my credit card.
I had a great experience with Jason as my project manager at Expert Book Publisher. He emailed me almost daily to keep me updated on how my book was coming along and made sure everything was running smoothly. His kind emails and availability for phone calls was helpful and encouraging. He is an extremely hard worker and did an amazing job handling the publishing of my book. I received the first copy of my book a few days ago and I love it. Great job Jason and Expert Book Publisher!
Complete scam and 3 months of incompetence and wasted time. 3 months of hell with multiple reps that lie through their teeth. I ended up doing all of it myself. Fought another 3 months to get my money back through my credit card company. This place is a joke and they post their own reviews. Avoid them like the plague. Then they said they never represented me. ANOTHER LIE!!!
