Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do NOT RecommendMy experience with this so-called exclusive business class company was nothing short of a disaster. From the very beginning, everything felt misleading and unprofessional.The service that was promised simply did not match reality. Communication was extremely poor — emails and messages were either ignored or answered very late, and when they did reply, the answers were vague and unhelpful. It felt like once the payment was made, customer service completely disappeared.The “business class” experience they advertise is clearly just marketing words. The quality was far below expectations, poorly organized, and definitely not worth the premium price. I felt misled and disappointed, especially considering how they position themselves as a high-end, exclusive company.To make things worse, when I raised my concerns, there was zero accountability. No proper explanation, no apology, no effort to fix the situation. It honestly felt like they do not care about their customers at all.I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was so bad that I feel obligated to warn others. Save your money and avoid this company — there are far better and more professional alternatives out there.

My EBC representative was Rod. He was an amazing gift that just happened on a google search for affordable business class flights. He was very enthusiastic about finding me the most affordable flights with the best travel times and connections. Rob kept in communication with me every step of the way with flight times and connections making sure they were acceptable to me. Once the ticket was booked, I received the confirmation immediately and he has now checked in with me about a change in flight times. Rod is the customer service Rep. you want to have in your corner when looking for business class tickets. We were having trouble getting a seat upgrade that we wanted , but he did not give up, he continued looming the following day and found exactly what we wanted and a great price. This is my second review and if I could I would give Nate and this company 10 starsIf you think they don’t read reviews and try to work with customers you will be 100% wrong!So after I wrote my first review within 4 hours of it posting I received word from Nate that he had seen the review and no matter what, he would make good on our original flight plans. We even had a “text” war (a good war!) on how he would make things right. Nate should be called Nate the Great! We had our first conversation on Feb 2 (evening) about our hiccup and by 11:00 the next morning he had fixed our issues. I won’t go into the details but he went above and beyond to make the start of our vacation perfect. After this whole experience I actually felt like he cared about his job and the people he interacts with everyday. Before I retired I worked very closely with people and those that I was trying to hire that had Nate’s work ethics were the type of people I rushed to hire. Depending on plans for our final leg of our vacation if we decide to fly back home instead of driving he will be the 1st person I will call First reviewNate was wonderful to work with. He was always available, answered all questions and I felt liked he tried very hard to get what we wanted. If we take another international flight I will definitely reach out to him.The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 was due to a hiccup in booking our first class ticket for the 1st leg of our trip. All during the planning/negotiation every time I had received anything about the actual ticket it was marked first class. So imagine my disappointment when everything was finalized and we were now in Premium Economy. Nate did his best to make good on the issue and put us in the first row of Premium Economy but it was just disappointing
