We were in a bind due to an issue from a different company. Argie was terribly helpful responding to questions quickly and made everything easy to seamlessly solve the problem on our end. Will be sticking with Everything Branded going forward.
What started out as a very pleasant and positive experience turned out to be an absolute fail. Before making the order we confirmed (I have all of this in emails) that we must have this BEFORE our event. I was told that it was not a problem as production was usually 5 days and shipping two or three days.We paid online. Got confirmation and waited. We never got a tracking number, so I emailed them (there no way to call anyone there. If you do cal their number it goes to different compant called 'Everything Branded' who informed that they can not help me with my order as they are a diffrent branch of the company).They sent me back an email that there was an issue in productions and apologized for the delay. After yet further delay I emailed them again, and got a response that they were in touch with the production team, and would send me a tracking number shortly. I waited and waited... sent numerous polite emails asking to please update me. We never got a response. I sent them an email every day asking for an updat, they never responded to any of my emails After almost a week... We had no chice and had to order from another company, and at a greater cost to rush things for our event. Guess what? Two days after our event, about 20 cases of the product shows up... still no communication.We have no use for the very late shipment, and there is no one to talk to about getting a refund.Good luck with using this company. I will never use them again.

Do not use this company - I submitted a request through their website for a quote. The confirmation email stated I'd receive a response in 1 hour. I heard nothing for 4 days, at which point I called them. They had NO record of my request despite the confirmation email in my inbox. There is a backend issue within their company, and they took zero interest in trying to understand or fix the problem (there were a lot of 'I don't know what's going on'). Incredibly disappointing... I can't trust that they would be very good or timely at fulfilling orders.
It's been over a month and I still haven't received a proof. I requested a quote (promised with 48 hours), after a week of waiting i sent an email asking if there was an update. I was connected with a sales rep who ignored me for another few days before i messaged again. I finally got a quote, submitted artwork, and waited another week or two. Asked for one final update, just out of curiosity, and was told "Thank you for your patience. I'm checking to see if the calendar is still available and will get back with you asap. 🙂". That was 15 days ago from the last email.Update to the response below: Quote#231781I’ll forward the email for you guys to get to the bottom of it and maybe fix it for other customers, but I’ve already ordered from a competitor. I told you when I got the quote I needed the product by March 1st.
Great Experience. AJ made sure my order was exactly what I needed, and also confirmed my order would be arriving before my trade show deadline (it arrived even early than anticipated! Highly recommend.
