Highly Recommend - Exemplary Customer Service
The people at Eterneva are very compassionate and thoughtful. Every step, from the first enquiry to follow up on the delivery of my loved one's diamond, they were warm, supportive and very professional. They kept me informed at every step and even included videos of my boy's crucible. The welcome video was a nice personal touch. I have already recommended Eterna to several people and will continue to do so.

A team of people that help with healing
I can’t even begin to tell you what an absolutely amazing experience this has been and it’s all because of the team at Eterneva that has helped me walk through this process. From the beginning they have made this experience personal, loving and it’s been full of compassion. I don’t know how the company chooses their employees but they nailed it with the team I have. I’m forever grateful for the love that’s been shown to me and the memory of my mother.

They keep me informed on all the steps of the process with video or verbal information. Jacob even reached out during the holidays to just check in on me. So nice of him to do that.

I’m doing this for my daughter
I’m doing this for my daughter, to help with closure. It is a long process, but in the end I hope it helps her. The team has been very responsive to questions with quick replies. Thank you. The one thing I’d like to know is approximate time line for each step. Not to rush anything, just a clearer idea of how long the process is. Thank you for what you do.

An Incredible Experience
When I decided to have a diamond made from my husband’s ashes, I was so impressed with the compassion the team I worked with had for me and the respect they gave my loved one. Their attention to detail is fantastic. By the end of the process I felt like more than just a customer. My team took a sincere interest in the continued journey of me and my late husband. They kept me informed throughout the entire journey which made me feel like a part of the transformation.Creating a diamond from my husband's ashes is an experience that helped with my grief this first year after his passing. I am so grateful to Eterneva team that was part of this journey.

I love the updates I get from Eterneva regarding the journey my husband is taking to make his way from ashes to a beautiful diamond. However, it is sometimes difficult to understand the person speaking in the video.

I would calculate that my sweet daughter's diamond is about halfway complete. I so look forward to the updates on her journey. I find myself checking and rewatching the videos on her personal portal because it gives me such comfort! I know that Anya Alyssa is in the best of hands. I wanted something to remember my…
I wanted something to remember my husband who died last year. I had seen this company pitch their product on Shark Tank and was very interested in what they do. Last January I decided to take action and have a memorial ring in his honor created. The company was absolutely professional, courteous, and caring, had great communication all throughout the jouney which took about 10 months. The end product was absolutely stunning. I would highly recommend them for memorial pieces that you want to have created to honor your loved ones.

My experience was fantastic!! I enjoyed getting the updates on my husband’s transition into a beautiful, bright, shiny diamond!! The process was long, but getting the updates and the kindness and support that was given to me made it much more bearable. A bit of a mess with FedEx, with the homecoming but, once again Elizabeth was very patient, kind and supportive, through the whole thing!! Thank you!! Now my husband is back and he is an absolutely stunning heart shaped diamond that I will always wear close to my heart. ❤️

Totally great experience! Everyone is really nice and they tell you everything that happens every step of the way. They sent a video of my diamond going to the final stage. So kind. So sweet and they answer questions quickly.

The Eternva staff is wonderful!
