He was able to get me a 1% lower interest rate than other lenders with the same closing costs, which honestly made a huge difference.That 1% saves me $226.52 a month, gives me almost $40k more in buying power, and could cut over 6 years off my loan if I throw the monthly savings toward principal — more than $91k in lifetime savings. That’s real money.What I appreciated most was how straightforward Jim was. He gave solid market advice, explained things in a way that actually made sense, and didn’t overcomplicate anything. We were amazed by the service especially since we heard about them through the mail! Tara Mccool the loan officer assistant was the first person to contact us. She was very professional and cordial. She was constantly in contact with us throughout the entire process. If we had any questions she had the answers, and quickly returned our calls if she was unavailable when we called. The loan officer was Keynan Gilbert who was also personable as well as knowledgeable. We had a glitch in the loan process which Ms Gilbert and Mccool expeditiously and satisfactorily corrected.
