I had been having severe leg cramping overnight. With a few spritzes of the magnesium spray at bedtime, they literally went away immediately. I am a skeptic at heart, but believe me when I say this stuff works!!
Green Tea Nail Renewal Oil is excellent. My nails were always strong and healthy but my medication causes splitting and deep horizontal ridges. I tried other nail products but they only acted as a protectant and turned my nails yellow. Your product goes on easily and dries quickly. I use it twice a day. My nails are growing without splitting and look healthy and pink. The ridges are still there but not as bad. And, my cuticles even look better! Love it!
