I can't thank Eric enough for solving the problems we were facing with settling a service and a refund problem from one of our subscriptions. YouTube TV is our main streaming source and apparently there was is one to contact when you have an issue with incorrect billing or refunds. We were billed an abnormally large amount for NFL ticket that we did not subscribe to for the upcoming year. I had a problem since I canceled my credit card account through the bank and it was charged back again so needless to say there were several issues with charges and credit cards and Google and YouTube TV that I could not navigate myself.. So we entrusted the services of Endsolve and Eric was diligent for the last month fighting to get our refund from YouTube TV and followed up with me after every call. This service is so worth it and legitimate and I would use them again for any other issue and would recommend Eric and his team as well... we are so very satisfied with the end results!

I had a problem of getting charged twice for a youtubetv subscription. I contacted Ronnie and he was very helpful. I am 85 years old and don't understand these issues very good.
