It was easy, but a cumbersome & slow process
It was easy & straight forward to fill out the request form for an order. However, it's really annoying that I can't actually order the products right then and there. Between waiting for you guys to then send a payment link, then wait for the order to be processed and then finally ship out with the slowest shipping time (understandably as it's the least expensive)..... it's a couple weeks before the products arrive and that's too slow.I've taken time out of my extremely busy schedule to complete this process twice now, but I'm getting fed up. Get these products to distributors so we can quickly/easily access them.

Great Company and Product!
The company is all around fantastic and have been very attentive to our needs. Our local representatives have also made multiple trips to introduce themselves. The diffuser and travel spray have been fantastic and we utilized them every day. We are a vet clinic that focuses strictly on behavior and we have noticed a drastic difference in what this product can do vs. other products currently on the market. The diffuser is also super cute!

We love our bunny pheromones ! finally something for our little prey animals :) we love to use it in exam rooms and educate clients to take some home after surgery to help with recovery or any stressful events or situations. Plus it smells good :)
