First time using this company was very scepital at first but after reading the reviews on here thought id try them they didnt dissapoint item exactly whats described packaged very well all the information you need is included aswell very quick delivery took a week wasnt expecting it to be so quick with coming from ukraine and will definately use this company again Thankyou

Very good service
Very good service. Both times I have ordered, the parcel has only taken 6-7 days to arrive all the way from Ukraine to the UK. Very well packaged and medication comes with a full information sheet in English. Saved me quite a bit of money in vet fees (my dog gets hot spots occasionally and just needs an antibiotic cream to resolve - vet would cost over £100 each time, this costs about £18). I recommend LoopyVet.

Absolute Godsend!I've used them for a couple of years now. Am about to, again. I happen to be here because I was just recommending them to someone else! :DDo be aware that we're ordering from Ukraine. Not Amazon. Don't expect next day delivery.

The company is in Ukraine so I know that shipping will take time. That said i received my package within approx. 10 days. Shipping is always free and many medications that would typically need prescription in the USA, i dont need when i buy on this web site. Prices are also lower than in the USA.

Ordered item end of April - still waiting
Ordered item end of April, got tracking info 2 days later, 11 days post order tracking info hadn’t updated for 3 days, asked if this is normal was told, parcel had been lost and they have sent another, would have been nice to be told rather than me having to chase this up, theSecond order was posted 10th May. Between then and today the item is still sat in the posting country and hasn’t yet left for the UK. I asked Loopyvet on delivery times and was told 8-12 days. Today is day 9 and I doubt it will be here in the next day or 2. I fail to see why posting takes so long given I had a parcel sent from Mumbai to the uk which was at my door in 5 days. I am not impressed up to now and whilst the postal service is the issue I would suggest not using them or not posting to countries where it takes literally weeks for the item to even leave.

Great site, fast shipping, i've ordered 3 times now, didn't have a problem.It's especially great for people who can't find a good vet anywhere around where they live, which is my case....I live in France, have seen 6 different vets for my reptiles, they are all worse than the previous one...So now i order what i need myself and i can care for my pets without those vets who kill my reptiles and operate without reason, just to make as much money as possible...Thank you loopyvet!!

I used them many times. You will have to wait 2 weeks to get your supplies from them. They always have coupon codes and free shipping. I have used there parasite medicines because they have a good selection. I noticed some are stronger then others.This company is honest and will deliver.

Last year (before the war) during full corona crisis I've ordered veterinary medicine (ivermectin and piperazine citrate) from them. They're a company located in Ukraine, I live in Belgium. I paid by prepaid mastercard, all went well. Shipping was fast, I received everything in less than 2 weeks. There was a small (<20 euro) import charge, which was to be expected here with international orders from outside the EU. Although the vendor tried to be helpful and had flagged the package as free promotional sample from their end.Products delivered were qood quality. Shipping charges were very reasonable. Would definitely order again.
