Item didn't look like the photo on like
Item didn't look like it did on website. It was also defective item and had fight with them to return it. They wanted me to pay return shipping even though their website states they will pay return shipping on defective item. They required me to send them photos of the item packaged up before they would email me a shipping label. Lots of phone calls to them. A big hassle. Very poor customer service. And finally, I saw the same item on another website for literally half the price!!
