This company is not what it appears. I wrote my first book and hired them to review, make corrections and recommendations, and publish the book. It was the a terrible expereince. The so called editors did very little editing. In fact, my wife and I caught many of the errors after they would send the manuscript back to me and say everything looks good. I sent the book to them in August 2024 and it was supposed to be a 3 to 4 week turnaraound. It ended up being nearly 4 months because of their lack of editing and making corrections. They were mainly concenrend with getting more money to market my book instead of editing it like they were paid to do.I even found two paragraphs that said the exact same thing simultaneously and they didnt cach that. I would not ever recommend this publishing company and highly recommend you get some friends to read your manuscript and self publish.

Frustrated
Frustrated: I asked for basic formatting of chapter titles and headings and page numbers. Instead, the editor seemed to use AI to try to work with the text and appeared to not be an English speaker as s/he misspelled chapter headings. Also, although initially very reasonably priced for what I asked of them, they kept asking for money, e.g., to obtain a copyright. I spent $270 and never received an official document that the copyright was obtained after 3 times of trying to get it from them--always an excuse, the last being misspellings on their form. It's been a year now since I paid them.
