I cannot recommend these folks enough

I cannot recommend these folks enough. To start with, they respect the field of endeavor you have chosen. If you enter the firearms business online, like I did, they will not make you feel like slime mold growing under a rock. That alone is a resounding recommendation for them!But they go well beyond that, too - they are friendly and work hard to provide a solution that really works in your situation. I had to switch my plans mid-stream, changing almost everything up. It did not throw them off at all. In fact, they were able to adjust, refocus, and supply me with an alternative solution in less than an hour. Okay, it helps that there are Veterans there, too. Instead of being met with distrust and suspicion, one is met with respect. That didn’t stop them from doing a good job of underwriting—there is no getting around Firearms being a high-risk proposition in today’s business climate. But unlike many of their competitors, they started with respect towards me and earned a full measure of respect right back. You can believe me or not, but that is unusual today, where people are trained to meet anyone with great suspicion and sometimes are just flat rude. Not here. They were upfront about the requirements, costs, and how they worked. That is another resounding recommendation. Their technical solutions are well put together and cover many business areas. I could not explain their solutions to you; I don’t speak the jargon. But they can explain those solutions in plain English without undecipherable technical jargon. I think this is a third resounding recommendation. All in all, ET is not the lowest-cost solution, and maybe not even the most technically advanced. But, as I said, firearms, gunshops, and firearms manufacturers are considered risky business by the “woke” crowd. As an industry, we are not “risky” at all. In fact, we probably have as many rules to follow as the average insurance company. (I do know insurance!) The penalties for breaking those rules are not trivial either. I trust these folks to help create a solution that complies with all the rules that must be followed. Try getting that kind of service from ______. You can fill in the blank yourself—there are lots of choices to put in that blank space! But because ET can be trusted, they earn my fourth resounding recommendation. Call them and talk to them. It doesn’t cost anything to talk, and they have a lot of answers to the tough questions. Recommended. Highly!

Electronic Transfer, Inc is TOP NOTCH!

I've had the pleasure of working with Electronic Transfer, Inc in setting up two of my businesses for accepting credit cards. The 1st experience was so easy, I worked with them again on setting up my other business, and that process was quick, thorough, and easy. I had a different processor in the past and it was pretty corporate. I really like that I can reach my personal reps easily should I need anything. I also like the flexibility and ease of use when processing payments from my clients.Mostly, I love what this company stands for and its conservative views. Their agents are top notch and all U.S.-based. Sara and Eric ROCK!I refer them whenever I have a chance and know they'll take care of whomever I send their way.

Lost $1600 from bad bank decision after…

Lost $1600 from bad bank decision after providing tracking #, signed for, 3rd party FFL transfer and Atf Ntn #, 3rd party verified person via license, provided 4473 transfer along with signature page. Customer filed did not recieve product several days after he transferred items at dealer. BBBOOOOGGGGUUUUSSS. NOT RECOMMENDED

Best Processing Company there is

We have been with ETI for a couple years now, not only did they save us thousands each month from our old processor but the staff goes above and beyond to take care of us. Calls are answered instantly and the staff knows who I am when I call. I even had the owner answer the phone once because he didn't want the phone to go unanswered and everyone else was busy. Sarah, Joe, and Travis are the main ones I talk with but I have quite literally never had a bad experience with any of the crew. When their bank changed and tried to add on a fee, ETI stuck with our original contract and waived the fee because they believe in honoring their agreements. Most companies would have just sent over a new contract and said too bad it is what it is. Long story short- I can't say enough good about ETI and if you are on the fence, make the jump you won't regret it.

I have contacted the staff SEVERAL times for issues I was having. It was NOT a problem with the product. They are all incredibly kind and helpful. Joe said "we're here to help and want want you to succeed". I believe them, they help me ever single time. I would recommend this company to everyone.

I got an email from Processing Network…

I got an email from Processing Network (Support), but I cannot log in. This has become NOT worth the effort to use.It was my fault, as I didn't realize that the username needed to be my account number on sign-in. Sorry for the inconvenience. All good now, as Adrian was very helpful - THANKS!
