URGENT AND CAUTIONARY ADVICE
27 Jan 2026. URGENT and CAUTIONARY ADVICE. Brought my 2024 Toyota 4 Runner TRD Pro in to Conrad's in Berea for a Hunter Road Force tire balance, tire rotation, and oil change. The next day I was driving around town and was notified by the person I was visiting for the week that there was a large stain on their driveway. Upon returning to their home, it indeed was the oil from my truck. Checking my dipstick, it indeed registered nothing. I called Conrad's and was told to bring my truck in immediately. I have a skid plate on the front of my truck (for protection for off-roading) and I told the manager that I wanted every speck of oil removed as it acted as a serving dish for the six and a half quarts of oil that had drained out. The manager said that the technician admitted that he "thought he had seen a gasket" fly off during the oil change. Due to the absolute negligence of a simple oil change, I took my truck to Olmsted Auto to have them go over the work that had been done at Conrad's. The skid plate had been cleaned, HOWEVER, two of the guys working on my truck rolled my tires into the waiting room so I could have a look at the absolute mess the tech at Conrad's had done. Heavily scratched my rim most likely to his using a metal screwdriver to remove the weights instead of the appropriate plastic tool, and in the words of Olmsted Auto, "this is how you should NOT balance tires". The weights had been spread haphazardly around the rims of all four tires. I did reach Mike, a person in an authoritative position at Conrad's Tires who refunded me the full amount of service. I am now responsible for fully cleaning someone's driveway once it warms up as this occurred during subzero temps, and I will be contacting Conrad's for a rim replacement when I return to the area. I had an appointment at the Mt Pleasant Pennsylvania location . The gentlemen that helped me was Mark and I have to say that he was very nice and helpful! The garage and the lounge for customers was very clean ! I would recommend to anyone and have for family and friends . I plan to go back for my car care needs in the future. So kudos to him and his team there .

Well I guess my wife & I are just not too smart. After several times of receiving very questionable substandard service we still went back. This time we went in for a simple routine oil change & tire rotation. After being lied to on several other visits about whether they actually rotated the tires as they were asked to do, I decided to mark the tires. Nope! The business was closed for the day when we picked up the car but we had asked that the keys be put under the floor mat. When I called today to find out why they werent rotated I was given the excuse that the tires were cracked. NOT TRUE! This is the 5th time that they havent rotated the tires as they were supposed to do. The mechanics are very lazy and will drum up whatever excuse they can to keep from having to do this. Also they love to call you with a list of recommended repairsthat can run into thousands of dollars, especially if you are a female that has taken the car in for the work. On one visit they told my wife that her lug nuts were bad and wanted almost $200 to replace them. I purchased a complete set for less than $40. I could go on & on about these people being dishonest. If you do choose to do business with them DO NOT allow them to do any repairs without going to another mechanic to see if Conrads was lieing about what work is needed done. If youre a female DO NOT go there! This last visit will indeed be our last visit. Tired of the lies & attempted scamming. STAY AWAY!

Never go to Conrad’s
Took my car there bc it wouldn’t start. They ran diagnostic and put in new battery charge over $500. Told me I had a leak in water pump wanted over $1200 for everything. Took to another place who charged under $450 for everything to replace pump. Imagine I paid more for battery and diagnostic than the water pump. Will never go to a Conrad’s again. Big time rip off

Can we say ZERO stars
Can we say ZERO stars? Stay clear of this tire shop if you are in the Macedonia area (or just Conrad's Tire places in general)! My boyfriend got two "new" tires for his van...do these look NEW to you? And what's with all the messy grease sealant? Come on! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. After complaining to corporate--we were told "tough luck." Totally unprofessional and will never be back. Buy your tires literally ANYWHERE else but here!

Don't waste your time
This is Conrad's definition of a "good" job and a "new" unused tire is a joke. They didn't even put a new valve stem on it. I have never felt this sick about getting tires in 22 years of driving. My front tires that have never been cleaned in a year look way better. Their top guy is holding my signature over my head. Do not ever sign anything before looking at it coming from them. Go somewhere else where they may actually care and take care of their customers.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Lugnuts cost more than my tires. Charged me $30 per lugnut. x5 for a tire thats $150 for lugnuts on each tire. I called 2 days in advance they said they ordered them. I come in day of and they don’t have my tires or lugnuts. Wanted me to drop off my vehicle at 8am and they said they would call me when its done. Couldn’t even give me a time frame. They finally called at 5pm. It took them all day! Will never recommend this place to anyone. Salesman type of scum. I honestly think they raised the price because they didn’t want to do business with me. I don’t want to bring race in this but this establishment will never see another dollar of mine.

Top-notch Service Center
Service Manager, Kane, and his Technician provided great service for me at the Willoughby, Ohio location knowing I needed the work done ASAP. Fast, efficient, inexpensive, very happy with this type of old-fashioned service. Thanks....Wouldn't consider going anywhere else next time around. Will surely use Conrad's when other vehicles in fleet need service.

Try to avoid Conrad’s
2 years ago, I went to Conrad’s in Alliance for a specific repair. They charged me $800 and did not fix the issue. Went to Nissan and they fixed the issue for $500. Flash forward to now, figured I’d trust a different Conrad’s for an oil change. 4 hours later, they were not done, and not until I showed up wondering what was going on did they say they would start on it. There will be no third chance. Rather go to Valvoline which I’ve been doing with no issues from them.

Conrads tried to scam me for $ 3200 in repairs, the first time I had overly high priced repairs, got it done elsewhere for $ 471. I will never go there again.

Conrads tried to scam me out of $1,300 in unnecessary repairs. They said my car with only 60,000 miles needed all new shocks & struts. I took it to a REAL mechanic who said they were perfectly fine. I took my car in for a leaky rear tire. The technician totally ignored that issue. They don't care about people's needs only their bottom line.
