Been with Ecombalance a year and appreciated the responsive attention I have received from my bookkeeper. Their portal is easy to navigate to upload and answer any monthly bookkeeping questions. Thanks for the hard work!

One of the best business decisions this year
Our company went through three bookkeepers before coming across EcomBalance in a facebook ad. I am SO freaken glad I saw that ad! These guys and gals have been freaken amazing. Honestly one of the best business decisions I made in 2025. They are consistent, quality, helpful, and affordable. Definitely recommend!

Visibility is why we use EcomBalance. Yes, on the face of it EcomBalance is a 'bookkeeping' service, but what they provide is visibility. By providing a comprehensive monthly management accounts, even as a smaller business, is the invaluable visibility you don't get from doing the books yourself. It's one of those tools, the monthly sanity check, that you didn't realise you needed. Great team, great service

The Ecombalance team has been on it since day one. They're super responsive and actually know what they are doing. They've always delivered the books on time. It's challenging to find bookkeepers that actually do what they will. On top of that, they've spent the time to make sure our reporting is more clear than ever.

Effortless Bookkeeping for Thriving E-Commerce Businesses
I was tired of using Excel for all my bookkeeping but wasn't comfortable with Quickbooks and keeping track of transactions across multiple marketplaces. I tried an automated online service but it didn't solve the issue of having a human eye check it. Valerie was on top of things and followed through to make sure she had the info needed. Onboarding was simple and they did my catchup work to have the books current. All I had to do at least for my business was provide end of month statements and at times look at a list of transactions they were not sure of how to categorize. My only reason for leaving is I am winding down my store. If I start a new one in the future I would go back and consider them essential.

I have known Nathan & Connor from their other businesses. So, when they came out with Ecombalance. I was excited to use it for my own ecommerce business because I knew it would not disappoint. Working with Ecombalance has been a breath of fresh air. They have put in considerable amount of effort to making sure my books are dialed in and have communicated with me along every step of the process. I also really appreciated the team call we had once my books were complete. They really make sure that everything is accurate and that you, as the business owner, understand every detail of the books. Very impressed and beyond grateful that I don’t have to manage my own books anymore!!

They know what they are doing
Great team, it is a little bit more expensive than my previous accountants, but the books are very organized, and very thorough. I am quite involved in my books, and these are the cleanest ones I've had in a while.

Can't recommend them enough! I had to fire my incompetent bookkeeper. Heard about ecombalance on a podcast who "specializes" in ecommerce. They were able to fix everything and get us back on track. They even made recommendations to other companies for non-accounting related issues and made introductions. Great company!

I've had a great experience working with EcomBalance. They've done a very thorough job at getting caught up on my books for the year and creating a consistent schedule for ongoing financial documents. It has been totally worth it so far - the peace of mind for not having to worry about doing it myself is priceless. Not to mention the clarity the financial documents give you so you can move your business forward. Solid financials are the foundation of any great business!

A Great Bookkeeper (and I Have Worked with Dozens)
I have personally worked with at least two dozen bookkeeping services in my career, and I have found very few that are up to the task. EcomBalance has exceeded my expectations thus far. The bookkeeper I ma working with, Kristine, is top notch. I am pretty well-versed in accounting, and she really knows her stuff so that we are able to communicate about even the most complicated issues. In addition to Kristine, I have access to a range of team members including Controller and CFO level expertise as well as direct contact with the CEO whenever I need it. On top of solid bookkeeping, EcomBalance brings an entrepreneur's experience to my company and its finances. Their blog is outstanding, and they truly understand exactly what an early stage company needs out of its financials and how to get the most value out of keeping accurate and timely books.
