Customer service is excellent. Sad to say my plant died, replaced and 2nd one died, followed instructions, soil was dry, no water in bottom of pot when refilled, leaves fell off. Disappointed as wanted to love this idea.

The plants arrived in great shape. They were easy to unbox and easy to unwrap. Just needed to add water and put by the window. They have been thriving in our home from day one and look great!

I have ordered 3 plants for myself and 1 for my daughter’s birthday!! I love them! They are packed and shipped so thoughtfully and carefully! My first plant was damaged in shipping and Customer care was so kind enough to send me a replacement! I place them in my home according to the instructions for Sunlight and add water and let it Flourish! Nice to know I can’t over water it or not water it enough! So Easy!! And so beautiful as well! Very pleased!!!

Easy to water. However, the water does not seem to last very long--I had to refill the reservoir after 3 days, just filled it again after 2 days and it was down to 1/2 full. It is beautiful though!!
