Thier perseverance is admirable
Thier perseverance is admirable, They never gave up until the right key was cut and sent. They even offered a refund, I'm glad I gave them a chance. I highly recommend them for replacement or copy of your original key.

Company sent the wrong key
Company sent the wrong key. I returned the key, along with an explanatory letter, asking for the correct key. The explanatory letter included a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to send the new key. I also emailed them with the original letter and packing slip asking for the correct key. I called their customer service letter who stated they didn't receive the letter, although I have not had it returned and I confirmed the address was correct. I was informed I should have gone through Amazon as the fulfilling agent and without the letter and returned key, I would have to pay for a second key. Four months later I still have no key. Really? The customer service was quite rude.

Shady business
They sent me a key that matched the number on my lock exactly but would not enter the keyhole. They make you pay shipping back and charge a restock fee that more than wipes out any refund. Don't waste your money. Shady business.

Horrible bought a snap on key from them and it would not even enter. They don’t allow free shipping back. Worst experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Fireking keys, Medeco hard to get keys
Seems that Fireking uses a Medco hard to get made type of key. I tried several local place and they all did not know what it was or could not cut it. I reached out to the fireking company and I thought that they were kidding when they quoted the price. They were serious.I found this company somehow and decided to take a look. Their web site was easy to navigate even for a non technical person. I see that they offered some diffrent levels of pricing. 1 was close to the price as the fire king company and another more reasonably priced key. I forget what it said but they kinda explained it but my thought is I just need a key that works. As long as it works who cares?The process was easy & paying was seamless. The key arrived lighning fast and was well packed. And (drum roll please) it worked like my only other key.No more driving around, wasting time & gas. So Easy even I pulled it off.You guys got it going on.

Suzuki Outboard Key. EasyKeys is Awesome!!!
Ordered spare keys for my Suzuki Outboard based on key number and pictures of key. Keys were shipped very quickly. Wasn't able to get down to boat immediately to test the keys. Customer service answered my email quickly when I had a question if they would work. Just tested them today and they work perfectly. EasyKeys did a great job from start to finish and even post sale. Fantastic customer service. I will use them again without hesitation.

I ordered a set of keys for a Steelcase vertical file
I ordered a set of keys for a Steelcase vertical file #S110. When I received the keys I could tell that they were not cut very well. They edges were extremely rough and when tried in the lock it did not work. I ended up ordering the same key number from another vendor and received those in the mail yesterday they worked perfectly.Since EasyKeys did not provide any feedback I thought I would leave a review here. I spent $23.83 for two keys that did not work. I will not order from this company again

Very impressive!
I ordered a replacement key for one that I had lost for a filing cabinet. Ordered what I thought was the right one, sent a picture of the lock with the order. Next morning received a call stating that the key I ordered was the wrong key and they did not carry the one I needed. They offered to cancel and refund the order and made some suggestions for me. Received my cancellation and refund within hours. Very impressive!!! I wish all businesses conducted their business like this. Not many businesses operate like this. I will definitely recommend them to anyone else and use them again if needed.

One good experience and one bad
I've had two experiences with easykeys. The first went well. In the second experience wasn't good at all. They made a key wrong twice then refused to try to make it right. I will not engage with them in the future.
