Steven was a great help. He was prompt and courteous responding to out emails and helped us with several cases. Steven was courteous, knowledgeable, very professional. Would definitely use him again if needed.
We are unfortunately over a year into a claim and not sure the outcome yet but Steve’s counsel has been nothing but positive. He really hears you out and digs in to make sure he fully understands the situation which allows him to do his part and respond to the claim. He does a great job answering all your questions and does his best to keep you informed of the process. This is our first claim as a business owner which we all hope never happens but to have Steve in our corner gives a great deal of comfort and confidence to go through the legal procedures properly and make sure we are covering all bases. Hopefully this will be the last claim or case we go through but if we need counsel again in the future we know who we will be calling.. Steve
