I have always found virtual visits to be convenient and Dutch made the experience so pleasant!

I have always found virtual visits to be so convenient and I was so happy that I was able to find an online platform for my pup! I had done a quick Google search, and Dutch was the first recommendation on the list. I was able to set up the appointment quickly, it’s very convenient and extremely affordable!I always have anxieties about having to run to an appointment with a dog and being that this was a nonemergency situation, Dutch and the vet made me feel so comfortable and it was just such a convenient service. The vet is extremely knowledgeable and thorough with the visit. I will absolutely be a longtime customer!

As someone who can't afford to take my…

As someone who can't afford to take my animals to the vet every few months, Dutch has saved me a ton of money on Veterinary costs and helped keep my animals healthier. It is super convenient and easy to book an appointment anytime. All the vets I've met with are very professional and kind.

Life and penny saver

Having two dogs, a trip to the vet costs $100-$500 for little things or routine care, not to mention having one dog that is very anxious at the vets and gets stressed. Having Dutch saves so much on costs and saves the stress on my pup. It is easy to get an appointment, easy to chat with your vet afterwards, and all my questions have been asked. For one yearly price, you get unlimited visits. Things to know: Before you sign up, make sure the State you live in allows Vet telehealth visits (Colorado does, some do not) and know that there is a $25 cancellation fee if you cancel the same day/no show to your vet visit.

Dutch is a great help to pet owners

Other than the scheduling issues, Dutch is great. It is much less expensive and more convenient than a regular vet.

Althoug we had technical issues with…

Althoug we had technical issues with Zoom we managed to discuss Hans' problem. The call cut off and is rescheduled for tomorrow in the morning.I liked the vet; she was knowledable and we will work out a treatment plan tomorrow.

The vet they paired me with was great!

The vet they paired me with understood that I was just looking for filling a prescription that my cat has been taking for years. We connected over Zoom, hje asked the right questions, made sure all was good with my cat and provided me with the prescription that he needed.

It's a great concept but the execution is not quite there for me.

It's a great concept. Clunky execution. The vets are stellar. I've had numerous issues with orders from their pharmacy. Repeated double billing. Billing errors. And needed to contact their customer services a handful of times (at minimum) for resolution. Customer service ranged from helpful & courteous to very dismissive. I really wish they could get it together. It's a great concept. This is my second year with a membership because I've been pulling for their improvement but I'm not sure if I will remain if I don't see changes. I'm still waiting for a response to a question about something that should have been resolved 24 hours ago. I'm adding a bit more here because since I didn't receive a response from customer service, I opted to set up a secondary follow up visit to try to get an answer. As soon as I booked it, I got a reply on their site to my first question so I immediately cancelled the follow up and was subsequently charged $25 for a same day cancellation. I could've just logged in and wasted the vet's time. I will not be doing that again. I can only imagine if it were more urgent how upset I would be. I'm cancelling my account. So... many... bad experiences with dealing with the actual site. The vets are great.

I had a wonderful experience with our online vet visit. The doctor was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel much more at ease about my pet's health from the comfort of home. It was convenient, professional, and exactly what we needed.

Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service! Once again our vet listened to my concerns and actually agreed on some of the things I had already knew was going on. We agreed on a treatment plan for my Jackie’s itchy red inflamed skin and it was prescribed quickly and even got recommended other things to help with our issues! The vet was absolutely kind sweet and very understanding. Highly recommend 10x over! Love love love!

My first call on zoom didn’t work

My first call on zoom didn’t work so I missed the drs appointment. I needed meds desperately but after my missed appointment did get through for a chat visit. That was a little helpful.
