There is no customer service no matter…
There is no customer service no matter how many times you reach out through email or leave voicemails, no one answers or replies. No tracking information sent, and took about a month for items to ship. I wouldn't have been so upset if I was able to talk to a human.

I ordered 3 different decals..
I ordered 3 different decals... they sent the same one three times. I have had zero luck talking to anyone on the phone and their emails back just say order was filled. No customer service or help.

Good quality but slow to ship
Quality of labels is nice and price is reasonable compared to other companies. The minimum order per label is muck less then others as well. Only con is the amount of time it took to ship out a small order. 1 week till my order was picked up by USPS. Others I have ordered from, (small orders), ship out the same or next day. Faster turn around time is key in today's fast paced internet ordering world.

I thought that the price for a standard print item was excessive, and it took the better part of 2 weeks to arrive.

DuraMark is off the mark
My order took 2 weeks to arrive. My decals were not what I ordered. After contacting DuraMark twice by e-mail with no response, I pursued to contact them by phone. NO response. It is sad that a company can provide no customer support to correct my order or at least offer a refund.
