Satisfied ExperienceI recently had a very satisfactory experience with Dumpster Rental Enterprises, LLC. The process for coordinating both delivery and pickup was easy. Their pricing was reasonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend their services!
May want to Avoid this middle man if you are running a job site. Just read. I'm sure they will find a way to make it my fault. Go directly to the dumpster company rather then the first google add you see for dumpster service.1.) Their so called "dispatch team" is nothing other then the actual company they are going to book your service with.2.) Be sure to keep track and document every pick up and delivery. I am on site everyday they miscount the swap and still charge me for dumpster that was not swapped. Wouldn't take my word for it. I should have stopped service in the beginning of this project once this occurred. I let it slide. 3.) Got me to sign several contracts over the period of the job with specific days for drop only to call back after payment has been collected to say their scheduling is full and cant get to at the agreed upon time. maybe in the future confirm the schedule before signing contract and accepting payment.4.) Waited almost 6 weeks to charge the card on file and to send me overage fees totaling 2600.00. Had i known i was overfilling as many dumpsters that i was i would have put in less from the beginning. The fees are fine if there is over weight but to not send these out as they occurred added a lot of back and fourth that would have never happened had i known. After further research their overage fee is almost twice the price per ton as most competition.5.) They will absolutely charge the card on file for a dry run fee even if the truck did not drive to the site. I had two dumpsters at all times on site. I would schedule two swaps simultaneously, one truck would come pick up a dumpster take a picture of the other dumpster still on the site that they believed was over full. Then charge a dry run fee of 350 for a truck that never came to the site. Claiming that if its been dispatched/scheduled they will charge the card.
Easy and user friendly to maneuver. Was able to complete request with no trouble. Recommend!
Well a dumpster was supposed to be here Friday still isn't here Saturday afternoon so I had to order another dumpster from another company and I expect a full refund from you guys because you didn't deliver on time otherwise expect to hear from our district attorney from our county and all the thousand friends I got from Facebook I just expect my money back because you guys didn't deliver anything at least not on time and now I don't need your dumpster

I went to order one I asked if they had a 40 yarder I needed in a couple days he says good we'll get it in now he says let me check the numbers and I'll call you back in the morning I called him back late afternoon he says no we don't have one he goes but we got a 30-yard I said how big is it he says about 4 ft tall he goes I'll send you dimensions waited a couple more hours nothing so I looked up online that says oh it's 5 ft tall or no 6 ft tall so go ahead and send me that one 2 hours later he calls me and says oh we don't have nothing sorry you have to wait till next week screwed my whole plan up

Dumpster Rental Enterprises does a great job at answering every question possible when needing to rent a dumpster. The prices are upfront without any hidden fees. Overage charges for additional days is clearly explained, Tht seem to care bout giving the best customer experience. I would highly recommend!

After one simple phone call with a very polite lady, I had my 30 yard dumpster ordered. After checking prices, this company was the least costly for what I needed. The dumpster was delivered the very next day. The driver was very polite also, he called before delivery to let me know he was on his way. He was able to place the dumpster exactly where I wanted it. After it was full, I scheduled a pickup online. I was so suprised to see it removed the very next day after I scheduled the pickup. The driver called to inform me that he had picked it up and to see if I needed anything else. It has truly been a pleasure working with this company. I highly recommend them.
