When I sent my drone off to someone I found on the Internet, the drone nerds, I felt like I was just throwing it out in the wind , good luck Charlie I hope I get it back fixed and not $1 billion for the cost. That’s how I felt ,definitely not in control of the outcome. But, surprise surprise, I was met with a a straight up email that explained what they were gonna do. When Josh answered me back, it was encouraging, not pushy. He told me what was gonna cost or least an idea and he stayed top of it this the entire time which seemed to be months because of what was wrong with it . in the beginning it was like giving something to somebody knowing you’re never gonna get it back, but I was pleasantly surprised through the entire process. They will definitely get my business.!

I paid in full almost $16k for a drone on October 24th and didn't get anything for 2 months because they spent the entire two months trying to get me to give them another $2800 or they wouldn't give me my drone then they lied about everything or were just flat wrong and didn't know what they were talking about, and the package I ordered was missing a $750 controller that I never got. And they were dumb enough to put it all in writing honestly because they don't care at all if they get caught lying. This was employees and managers both but especially my rep Sam which was a punk and a liar. I can't stress enough to avoid this company, it was about 10 weeks after I paid for it that I actually got to fly.UPDATE: Drone Nerds only cares after seeing this review, they certainly didn't give af until now. These dirtbags even had the nerve to contest my review with Trust Pilot claiming that I was wrong and it was a different Drone Nerds that screwed me and I should fix it myself. Wow! Does anyone believe I wouldn't know who I made the largest and most ridiculous purchase in my life from?

I ordered a drone from them that was stated was in stock. After a few days of calling come to find out they did not have it in stock and was drop shipping it from China. After several days of back and forth and no resolution i cancelled Order #1055100648 . Never again.
