Everything is AI driven
Everything is AI driven so if things go smooth, you'll have no problem but I had the hardest time just trying to schedule a follow-up. There are never live people to help. I kept getting AI generated emails that never addressed my issue. Extremely frustrating.

I was prescribed medication with 1…
I was prescribed medication with 1 refill. Then when I paid again to reconsult and get an additional refill after a year had passed, I had a very hard time getting the medication I have been depending on. Then the policy suddenly changed from requiring a consult every 90 days to every 60 days (I was told these by two different support members on the same day). The service is very transactional and seems to heavily scrutinize customer data in order to get more of it.

I was skeptical at first
I was skeptical at first, but after receiving my consultation and needed prescription I was pleased. Then to be surpassed by expectations...the communication and follow through with the whole process when having questions and having the doctor reach out to ensure everything was going well. Glad I found Dr. B!

Insanely fast prescription for dutasteride
After my PCP refused to give me dutasteride, I went here, and guess what? Only after an hour or so of submitting my request and paying, they prescribed it to me!It is so nice having a company like this around!

Clear communication
I wasn't feeling my best. I do not have insurance and wasn't feeling well enough to go sit in a clinic for hours. I was able to communicate and discuss my symptoms. It was determined I needed an antibiotic. One was called into a pharmacy close to me and I was able to pick it up in a reasonable amount of time. I do believe I would still be sitting in the clinic waiting to see somebody had I not contacted Dr B.

Best online Experience.
Needed a medication. I had to wait 2 months for an in person visit, I I ended up trying online prescribers. Good RX didnt work and was misleading, took several days for them to respond. I found this one and immediatly got a consult with a doctor and picked the medication up. From finding this site to actually picking up medication in real life was 2 hours total. Thank whoever is running this company.

I needed a prescription but couldn't afford to pay for an expensive consult and then for the medicine, I thought I didn't have health insurance at the time, so I had to pay cash. It has been the most affordable and easy medical experience I've ever had, and Ive worked in the medical field for a Long time too! Im very grateful you provide affordable healthcare and don't make anyone wait hours for it either. The prescription was sent to the pharmacy in less than 2 hours. You are an example of what healthcare should be like. Awesome! Highly recommend!
