Excellent Books on Math and Science
I own 55 books published by Dover. Almost all of these are on science and mathematics. Dover frequently finds the leading authors in their fields and publishes their textbooks. I have Dover books authored by Max Planck, Enrico Fermi, Cornelius Lanczos, James Clerk Maxwell, Israel Gel'fand and Georg Cantor, to name just a few. Those guys are frequently very good explainers too.The books themselves are invariably paperbacks but the book is sewn together in signatures. These are high quality books.
