I had a problem. They reached out to me in 2 different ways. One was a phone number. I called to tell them I had resolved my problem. Shaun still had my walk him through my experience and offered some really good advice and information. Very pleasant to talk to. BTW I love this product. 280C .
I love dogtra collars , but I have had periodic issues with them charging, sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t . I live on an island five miles of the coast of Washington and there are lots of dogs and dog owners here and since the year round human population is only about 70 people ( 400-500) hundred in the summer, we all know each other and our respective dogs, and we call/ tell each other what works ( vets, dog food, supplements, and most important dog collars). And what doesn’t. Everyone wants the best for their dogs. We are all retired and most of us have dogs, and I have 2 black labs, one 7 yr old who has always had a dogtra collar, and our 9 month old who needs a collar.I spoke with Shaun Petruk and he was incredibly helpful. I have dealt with Shaun a several times ,when I have had issues with my Dogtra collar and Shaun has always been friendly, and informative and would handle my problem with the collar, in the most efficient and professional manner. As a result of talking with Shaun, I am not only sending my defective collar in to be examined and repaired by Dogtra, but I am all so purchasing a new 280 x so I can use it along with my 200 c, which I am sending back to dogtra as stated , to be evaluated and hopefully repaired.If I owned a business, I would hire Shaun in a second, Your product is only as good as the people who work for your company and I give Shaun a five out of five.
First, I want to say that the Dogtra team has been absolutely amazing with troubleshooting the issues I had with my original purchase, the ARC-X. Shaun and the rest of the support team were incredibly helpful with recommendations and guidance on choosing the most appropriate collar for my dog.I did experience a manufacturer glitch with the ARC, but Dogtra handled it perfectly—they processed a refund and quickly sent out a different collar. The Dogtra 1900X Black Edition has been outstanding. It works extremely well with my Belgian Malinois, and the responsiveness and reliability are on a completely different level.If you have a working dog, I highly recommend this collar and the Dogtra brand as a whole. Their customer service and product quality are truly top-tier.

What made my experience great is when I called for support, after trying to figure it out myself, a real person answered on the third ring and they were able to immediately know what product I had and solve my problem within 2 minutes. They have also stood by their product when I had a charging issue and faulty chip. I feel they are truly trying to make a great product that help people, vs only trying to make money

I have the black edition 1900S black edition that I bought three years ago. I was disapointed that this didn't last longer. when I sent it in to be fixed i thought it just needed batteries. it was going to cost me 187.00 to fix it due to other issues. It didn't make sense to spend that to fix it. I spoke with Shaun who was very nice. I did order another 1900 black edition in hope that this last longer. I have two dogs with 2 collars. Thank you Shaun
