My first pattern arrived no instructions. Couldn't find anything on the internet.Contacted them several times with no reply. 2 Nd pattern arrived broken, still no instructions. Also contacted them several times to inform them of broken pattern and lack of instruction.No reply at all. I'm disappointed, pattern would be good if I had instructions.
I ordered the bobbin winder machine with bobbins £17.22. All I have received is a plastic box containing bobbins, no (BOBBIN WINDER MACHINE)! Which was posted to me under a small package, posted through the letter box. Surely these should have been with, and included with the BOBBIN WINDER MACHINE!THIEVING EVIL SWINESPLUS I CLAIMED WITH PAYPAL, BUT, THEY REJECTED IT, STATING THE ITEM HAD BEEN DELIVERED. DESPITE ME SAYING THAT I NEVER, EVER HAD THE BOBBIN WINDER MACHINE DELIVERED. BUT PAYPAL DECIDED TO DISMISS MY CLAIM! Disgraceful way to treat me, making me out to be a LIAR!
