Since my last review, I have sent numerous emails to this scam company and no responses what so ever. I asked my bank to help me follow up one month agao and they just sent me an email to let me know that after many emails and chasers, nothing from this company. They should not be allowed to scam other customers. I wire the company the required amount for the air ticket, yet I never received the tickets. After chasing consistently, they claimed they are still chasing the airline for the seats. My flight was to depart in less than one week. They then apologised on email and said they would provide a full refund. And I have since chased then for 10 days, and they have not replied again nor have they refunded my money. And now it has been over 2 months and not a single response from them. They are utterly unscrupulous!

A Complete SCAM
It’s a complete scam and I’m afraid that I fell for it to the tune of $16,000 worth of business class tickets. Booked 5 business class tickets on 9/23/25, wired the money, and expected etickets within days. Got lots of run around about confirmation of seats over the next several weeks. Led to believe right up to the day before travel that the tickets would be sent to me. The day of travel, Lena apologized and said that her supervisor was supposed to have contacted me and that I would receive a full refund. Haven’t heard from them since October 13th and I doubt that I’ll ever hear from them again. Never wire funds. Always use a credit card so that you have some form of protection. As foolish as I feel, I feel that others could benefit from my experience. And Yes, this was an absolutely real occurrence. Your reply is very professional and makes your company appear legitimate, but as they say: “put your money, where your mouth is”. In this case, “put my money, where your mouth is”. Updated 12/1/2025. No further contact nor effort has been made by this scam of a company to refund my $16,000 from a planned family trip on October 16,2025. Buyer Beware because these people will take your money. And by the way, never heard from Jonathan directly.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, Following on from your response to my post about not using you. What you responded with is a complete lie. I can post all the correspondence to you if you wish - despite numerous emails, phone calls to Lena - even getting the phone put down on me and then never answering again we eventually, after receiving absolutely no response and no refund, had to go through the banking process, reporting you as a scam to receive our money back. You did not provide us with our refund - despite saying you would, we had to get it through Visa. One of your responses to my negative reviews states that we were advised the ticket refund was strictly through the airlines policy - you never even provided us the tickets - in fact you confirmed in July that you could not fulfil our request. I have never had the conviction to post anything on here but I stick with my original posts - recommending that no one uses you. If you want me to provide you with the full precis of all my emails and discussions with Lena and your company I am happy to do so (we had to provide this to prove you were a scam to Visa) - perhaps then you can consider an appropriate level of compensation for the stress, trauma and lost holiday we had through dealing with your company.

I purchased 2 very premium cost tickets over a month ago due to staff saying that I'd have to do it right away there aren't many left. It's been 1 month and no tickets. I've asked for manager to contact me and reply was tickets are being organised now that was days ago and still no tickets.In relation to your response it is simply not true. I had to dispute the transaction with my bank to receive my money back. You did not reply to any messages at all from that point. Continuing to lie about it is unprofessional.
