After a few 'hiccups', the finished product was great. The manager gave me the best customer service. I would recommend! I am pleased with the final product!

Great time as usual

This is my second time employing their services and they are my go-to for anything digital transcription.They were in the middle of settling in after a big office move and they still were able to accommodate me in a timely manner and their calm professionalism was able to calm my frantic gf who was convinced she destroyed a childhood dvd.Well priced and strong communication. Would recommend to anyone and already have in fact to someone who’s in the wedding industry, so even professionals like their services.

Do not recommend!

I sent in an old cassette with a conversation between my toddler son and myself, paid the deposit of $77, called several times after receiving no further communication. Each time I got excuses and was assured I would be hearing from them and they would be sending me my digitized product very soon. Never heard back again and never received anything. I would not recommend doing business with these people. I trusted them with a treasured piece of my life which I fear is now lost forever.

10 Weeks and No Recording

I sent a record to be digitized, and it was received by DiJiFi on Nov 28, 2025, and on Dec 3, 2025, I was sent a request for a deposit, which I paid the same day. I followed up by email on Dec 24, 2025, and did not hear back. Assuming the holidays were at issue, I emailed again on Jan 5, 2026. A week later on Jan 13, 2026, I heard back. The digital transfer had not started, but I was promised a status update by the end of the day. I didn't receive that but on Jan 15, received an invoice with a promise of a future Quickbooks link to pay and never received the link. I sent another email on Feb 3, and as of today, Feb 7, have received no response. Two and half months later, I have no digitized recording and limited communication. I have been sent two requests for review, so now I'm sharing my experience.

Sammy and Brother Zack Rock

Thank you for helping me make a DVD with videos from my phone, I couldn't find anyone where I live to do this for me. It was very important project for my little brother who has down's syndrome and he was so excited to see himself singing Elvis Presley songs, lol thanks again and I will be calling you for future projects

The experience wasnt great at first...

The experience wasnt great. Then i expressed my concerns and the movies were brought to me on the weekend which was a very thoughtful way of improving customer satsifaction.

Never got my artwork back!

The link to digital image transfer was excellent. But the delivery of my original artwork (a silver gelatin print) with the thumb drive digital file never arrived. I fully paid for this added service. I want my original silver gelatin print back.
