Not really certain how this company works. @ weeks before your item ships. I ordered and 3 weeks later receiced an email saying my shipment should have arrived. Emailed customer service to let them know it has not arrived and asked for a tracking number. Response was that the item was no longer in stock and to wait or cancel the order. Asked for tracking number two additional times and the response was that there was no tracking number and would I like to wait for the items that are 'lost in transit' or cancel the order. I don't think anything was ever shipped and they just hope you will forget you ordered the item after several weeks.

Purchased two iPad Air2 screens for…
Purchased two iPad Air2 screens for replacement. Their advertisement states 'Lifetime Guarantee'. One screen was DOA and the other died within a week. Contacted support and was told to return the items. After several weeks and numerous attempts at contact was then told the screens arrived damaged, (bogus) and no replacement was issued. They didn't return the 'damaged' screens, and would not communicate further. Obviously a scam. If you have problems with their items which have a lifetime warranty you are SOL.

Even if i had to contact DS for tracking status, the part was delivered within the "free shipping" timeframe. I was surprised how good it looks (like original) and just installed this past weekend and works perfectly. Very satisfied i didnt pay 30-40% more somwehere else.
