I have had multiple problems with this…
I have had multiple problems with this site. Trying to contact customer service and get any response is ridiculous. I never receive a response back.Back in March, emailed the customer help desk about not receiving links to any downloads that I have purchased. I did not get a response back for months and then when I did, it was to tell me the person in charge of the customer support was in an accident, but still my problem was not resolved.In January of 2022, I purchased a year of AnthologyFlex, which should end in December of 2022.I do not have access to the downloads for this month. I did submit a ticket for help, but not really thinking that they will respond.So please beware of purchasing from this site.

Terrible
Terrible. I was overcharged $12 for items I bought that should've been $4 but I was charged $16. I contacted customer service TWICE and got no response. I even had a picture from the website that the items I bought should've been a different price from what I was charged. Nothing. Nada. Crickets. I will never ever buy from this site again and I will do all I can to get the word out so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Shame on them!

Digitalscrapbookingstudio.com is full of very helpful and useful information about scrapbooking with beautiful outstanding kits. Each month they have a new designer of the month with lots of kits helpful advice and interesting topics. I found it a very special place to visit.

One of the best sites out there
I first joined this site way back in the early 2000's when it was called The Studio... thus, that is still what I call it, but the word digitalscrapbooking has now become a part of the URL to find it. I have loved that the owner Toiny was always hands on and totally involved with the site... for many years I remained in the background, but the past 3 years I have become very immersed in the site... Loving the challenges and the variety of designers... several of the designers have become personal friends through their interactions with us, the customers... at the beginning of covid, they started weekend lockdowns with hourly challenges usually led by the designer who designed the challenge, and at the same time the challenge was revealed, that designer was in the chat room talking to us... It was truly a wonderful experience to realize that this whole covid thing has affected everyone around the whole world in the same ways... very unifying... and getting to know the designers on a personal level was amazing! customer service is prompt and oriented to helping , in a positive manner with whatever your issues are... the site is friendly and welcoming. Join us on July 15 for a new 2.5 week long challenge called Layout a day (LAD) will be Christmas in July...

Super great place for scrapbookers. The designers are tops; the challenges are very inspiring; there are tutorials & people who are helpful; and the people who hang out there so friendly & helpful.I especially like it when they do a layout a day challenge...it really gets your mojo going. And the designers & Toiny gave us fun filled Saturday chats all through the isolation. They are open to new ideas -- ready, willing & able!

I love that DSS is a truly global community, and is home to some of my favourite designers. The quality and variety is amazing and I have never had a problem with any of my downloads - both PU and CU. Plus there are Daily Deals at a huge discount, forum challenges with freebies, and the occasional but totally amazing blog hop. Plus did I mention the points?! - every time you buy something (some exclusions) you get points which you can save up to buy even more stuff with! How many stores do that?! Definitely my number one shopping spot!
