Ordered a SQL Server 2008 Standard…
Ordered a SQL Server 2008 Standard license that was supposed to come with the full install media. They sent a link only for SP3 and insist it's a full install. It's not. Their ISO is only 600M not the 2-3G that is a full install.Have sent them screenshots of the install from their ISO which errors out saying can't upgrade because no SQL server instance can be found.Total incompetence. Asked for a refund but they insist because they sent me a license key (for a media link that doesn't work) the order was complete an they won't refund.Steer clear, not a trustworthy company.

I have made two Microsoft purchases from Digitalproductkey. First was an older version of Outlook. I had to replace my HD and and lost the original key. I received excellent help getting it running again on the new install. After the verified my purchase they replace the Key and helped with the install. The second purchase was MS Office 24. The original Key they sent needed to be updated. The instruction worked perfectly. All of the email responses were very fast. I had a minor question. Got live support on the first call, she helped me solve it. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again. Their support and follow up is excellent.

I have had excellent support response through online chat and email on multiple occasions over the past couple of years, most recently last weekend when I was having trouble reinstalling Excel. DPK support was immediately available through online chat and did background research into my issue and followed up by email. In the end I was just using the wrong product key to activate my software. Once I used the correct one all was well.

I purchased Windows Publisher 2016 from this company in 2023 (2 years ago) and despite my relative ignorance about computers had no trouble and have appreciated the program since then. I had some concerns initially that did not pan out. This week I was having an issue that I thought was microsoft being intrusive, and I reached out for assistance to digitalproductkey thinking I wouldn't hear back. In the meantime I discovered my issue was my own operator error. I did hear back right away from the company offering assistance, even though it turns out it wasn't a program issue. I asked if I could write a positive review. I would trust them for other products in the future.
