Not Professional Company
Got quote to supply and fit Neff Hob and extractor Fan, prices were agreed and first job was given for Extractor Fan £399 plus £216 labour charges. We were not happy with fitting. Sent an email to Diane, the boss, she did not like my complaint and blamed Neff company.Regarding second job, I sent her an email to get quote for fitting.Her reply came “ So sorry but we are not be in a position to do any more work for you. I wish you the best with finding a company that is able to carry out the work you want and sorry I can no longer help.”What a pathetic services from so called good company?
