I placed an order for burs
I placed an order for burs. After a few days I did not get any updates that the orde had shipped and contacted the company. I was told that the order was cancelled because they were not available. In reality they decided to increase the price from 69.95 to 154.95 after I placed my order and cancelled it.These people do not conduct honest business.

Order cancelled withou explanation
Well, this email asking for stars came 9/4, shortly after I placed the order. I thought I would wait until I actually received the item before rating. Yesterday 9/8, I got an email saying that the order was cancelled, with no explanation as to why. So, in addition to thinking it cheeky to ask for praise before the job is done, giving a reason for the cancellation would have been good.

Website not very well reviewed for inconsistencies and discrepancies. Same products can be listed at different prices with multiple listings. Gift card policy has apparently changed in that if any items in the order are discounted, even if the other items reach over the reward amount, discount reward is denied.
