A great company from start to delivery…
A great company from start to delivery of a new partial. My new partial is easily the equivalent of a super expensive one supplied by my dentist. Fit is great, and the bite seems to be right on.

Pre-approved mold just to resend new kit
When I first bought my partial denture I was very please as it fit perfectly and customer service answered promptly. However, my experience dealing with DLD customer service has gone down significantly over the years. It now take an entire day to hear back and when they do respond it's brief and does not answer the entire question. Recently, I got my permanent retainer taken off so that I can send my molds for new retainers. Since this is a time sensitive process, I had to send picture of my mold to be pre approved. They sent an email stating that my mold looks good and I can send them. About 2 weeks later I get an email that they sent an extra mold kit and that the impressions were not good enough! My teeth have already shifted and I will now need new aligners! I wanted to save hundreds, now I will be spending thousands thanks to their incompetence. I have already reached out multiple times for a refund and so I will be doing a charged back on my credit card. Please do not trust them!

The bite is perfect and the fit is…
The bite is perfect and the fit is good. I mainly purchased this 1 - tooth partial because I wanted to support the 2 teeth (one of which has a crack) beside it while I eat. But it hurts every time I bite down. I've tried using fixodent to give it some padding with little luck. Cosmetically it looks great, but my missing tooth is on the bottom side of my mouth so not very noticeable.

My Smile is Back
Everything went smoothly, but the most important think is , was the excellent fit. I ordered one tooth, but it being a front one made me very self conscious. Now my smile is back. Very comfortable to wear all day.

I absolutely love your product
I absolutely love your product. It was exactly what I needed. I just have to get them to set in my mouth where I want them to sit. Right now they sit to far back from my original upper denture

It was super easy to do the impressions…
It was super easy to do the impressions at home, they do send enough to do 3 in case you mess one up which I did do…. My final single tooth piece fits perfect and it looks so natural— you can’t tell unless you super duper close and that is just the edge of the pink area goes down a little ways on my actual tooth, not just the gum line. It was a great value and took a little less than 3 weeks after sent in the impressions. I would recommend them for sure!

The quality and the value of the nesbit…
The quality and the value of the nesbit appliance I purchased was amazing. I had spent alot of money at my dentist only to get a terrible appliance that didnt look good, fit properly, and uncomfortable to wear. This appliance was a miracle! love it!

Better than expected process
Better than expected process. The shipping both ways was smooth. The turn around time was faster than expected. DLD was professional and responsive to any inquiry in an acceptable amount of time. The fit is comfortable and exactly as promised. Would recommend.

The fit is very comfortable, the quality seems good and I put them right in with no problem. I would definitely recommend your business to other people.However I would like to suggest to you To use a different delivery service then USPS. The delivery was supposed to have been made on the 4th of December 2025. I'm just now getting it on December 10th 2025. I had to literally go to the post office to enquire about this delivery and ended up going to three different post offices before finally tracking it down and actually getting it delivered. But overall I am happy with the product itself. Thank you very much. AW

I was skeptical ordering online
I was skeptical ordering online. But this entire procedure was a great experience from the start. They send you everything and it was easy to use. I received my partial sooner than expected. I would highly recommend this to everyone I know. It does take time to adjust to having it in. But I did not have to send it back for any adjustments.
