I have just renewed two car insurances…
I have just renewed two car insurances and will be renewing the house insurance in the near future. At all times over several years I have always been dealt with Fairley and courtesy by all of the staff. Michelle in particular has always made sure I understood all my policy details correctly.

Great service
I have no idea why the other reviews of this company are so negative. After having tried without success to find a company I can contact by phone and email and receive a quick response from I can say that this is what we had with Deesideinsurance. The quote for house insurance was competitive and their customer handling was exemplary and courteous. Time will tell whether their response to a claim is as good but for the moment I am perfectly happy with them.

Their customer service is nonexistent
Their customer service is nonexistent and I question their their staff professionalism as I was asked, quote “...I am not sure what you are trying to do?“.All I did was to ask if someone could confirm my request during a recorded call and they feel it’s OK to question your integrity?!
