Great product

Great product Was able to use this for my friend retreat, it was fun for the guys… and the chiller does amazing under severe weather conditions

Do not buy- SCAM

Do not buy. Bought chiller and plunge two weeks ago. After visa charged crickets. No update on shipping or tracking. Seems like they out of business and still taking orders. I wish I had read these reviews before purchase.

If I could give 0 stars

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The unit that I have worked for about 2 weeks and then stopped. I have followed all the troubleshooting instructions. When I call, the phone line is not working. It seems like they are out of business, yet they are still taking orders.

Absolutely horrible experience

I ordered this product in Feb 2024. It is now the end of July 2024 and I do not have everything I need to make it functional. They sent the chiller and tub over a month apart from each other starting in may. I still need the hoses and and other hookups so that I can connect the chiller to the tub.They reply with ambiguous emails every couple of weeks. I haven't gotten the latest reply in over two months. I don't think I will ever get the parts I need to make this product functional. I am pursuing them w/ Affirm, my financial lender on this product.

I bought three of their cold plunge…

I bought three of their cold plunge tubs, cheap product, but I knew what I was getting. roundabout $100 for the tubs. Then I upgraded to a chiller which I received after a long period of time. I neglected to drain the tank, and the Plastic tank froze and cracked, Admittedly my fault, I contacted and sent them $300 for return shipping and repair. After a long period of time they sent a confirmation that they received and should be sent back to me in 7 to 10 business days. Six weeks later no response multiple emails. Customer service line goes to waiting music. Scam scam scam!!!

Terrible customer service

First off took forever to get the chiller, lots of back and forth and lost my first chiller. After a lot of back and forth offered a discount to get the upgraded one. Did that. Took a little to get it but not as bad as the first time. Stopped pumping cold water out about 4 months after. Went through all the troubleshooting, they determined we needed to send it in to be inspected and fixed (this process of back and forth took a month and a half of them missing scheduled phone calls with us). Said once they got it it would take about a week and then they would ship it back. It has now been over a month since they sent us the confirmation that they received it. No contact with us despite several attempts to reach out to them. Definite frustrations after spending $1200 on the better one. Still no idea when we’ll be getting it back and have had no chiller for our cold plunge for 3 months now.

Literally the worst company I've ever…

Literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. BBB complaint and countless emails still didn't resolve my issues. I ordered an XL Tub in February in 2024 and it's now July and I still don't have the parts I need to actually use it. They then claim that I'm past the return window for a refund. Absolute joke of a company.

Follow up from my May 30th Review

Just another follow up from my May 30th review. To date, there has been no refund and nothing but empty promises stating the refund was in process. I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and they responded back to me, stating the company would not answer their phone, voicemail, or email. Now I will be filing a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.May 30th Review:Buyer beware...this is a scam company! First, I bought and paid for a plunge and chiller for $2368 in Feb 27, 2024. Both products were on back order which I was not notified at the time of purpose. Fast forward to mid-April and the plunge/chiller still had not arrived. So, I told the company I wanted an immediate refund since nothing had been shipped, nor was there a projected shipping date. More than 20 emails went back and forth since February. After almost 6-weeks now I'm still waiting on my refund and the company has stopped responding to my emails. I have recently retained legal counsel and will be filing a law suit. After speaking with my credit card company, they have also agreed to pursue this matter. I would strongly recommend to anyone to avoid this company at all costs.

Company is not a scam !!

I was a little scared to place my order for the XL large bath and chiller. However, I received my product in a timely manner and customer support was really helpful during the wait. I absolutely love this product ! 3months in and no complains yet !

My Spa has been doing great ever since we added the cold plunge system from deep dive, we haven't had an issue yet whatsoever, although it took some time for the unit to arrive i had a great experience with Customer Service

Beware of this company!

Purchased sauna in February 2024. Tried to make it work properly for 11 days when I gave up and contacted the company for refund. I returned it and they agreed it was defective and promised a refund, 2 months ago, still no refund! They NEVER answer their customer service phone, and only vaguely and occasionally respond to repeated emails asking about the refund. I just received a certified letter returned to me with the notation “NMR”, which means “no mail receptacle”. I have spent over $500 in purchase cost and return shipping cost to NOT have a sauna nor to receive the promised refund on a defective product. Beware of this company!

Two stars because it actually works

Two stars because it actually works, but other than that this has been a very long process. 5 months from purchase to install. Lack of information and parts, even when you thought you had it right you didn’t.

Essentially a scam company

Essentially a scam company. I purchased an order, part of the order was delivered, I tried to get a return and they refused because it was after 30 days from order delivery. It's wild that they'll hold a 30 day return policy when the full order wasn't even fulfilled. They take weeks to reply to customer support inquiries, and have provided an awful customer experience

Terrible…almost 3 months from ordering and still have not gotten my pump!! Very sporadic contact with the company. Cannot speak to any one! Buyer beware!!
