Josh is honest and very professional!
I had been a little nervous and hesitant to call any debt relief programs trying to see my options. I don't like dealing with people who try to take advantage of ones vulnerability and feeling desperate trying to get help but as soon as I spoke to Josh Vallejo, he out my mind and ease. He answered all my questions and I got the genuine feeling he was out to help me out honestly and not just trying to get commission. He was always so professional and gave me options and ways to help me. It sounded to good to be true once I got qualified and I thank Josh for his help. He was very friendly and helpful in convincing me what to do. I never felt pressured but more importantly, I felt like he actually was out for my best interest. Josh went over and beyond the call of duty and made my experience easy to do. Thank you Josh Vallejo.

Lyn was awesome
Lyn was awesome, showed me and explained every single step. From.explaning every bit of my credit report, the ends and outs of what everything meant. I thought I knew everything about my credit report and clearly didn't. If every call center had people as nice and understandable as Lyn we'd be in a lot better place. I was completely in the dark on this stuff and she cleared it all up for me and she truly cares about their clients. So thank you Lyn, you handled it perfectly, i give her a sold 10 out of 10.

Great experience because of Jovanna
I spoke with Jovanna and had a few questions about debt consolidation and she helped me tremendously. I was able to understand and make a decision that would help me long term and she helped me get a reasonable payment so I wouldn't struggle every month in case of an emergency. I truly felt like I was talking to a friend who actually wanted to help me and not someone who just wanted to talk, get my money and not speak again. She has also followed up. Checking in to see if I had any questions or concerns. Bottom line, I had a very positive experience because of Jovanna.

After exchanging pleasantries and greetings, April‘s first question to me was “can you take a minute and walk me through the issues that you’re facing?” She immediately earned my trust with that simple phrase. We spent close to two hours with her and discussing our situation and options. Not only was April professional, she was empathetic, non-judgmental, kind, and most importantly personable. For the first time in months we feel some stress being lifted off our shoulders and we are now optimistic about our financial future.

Thus far I’ve been impressed with DebtHammer. Initially, I started chatting back in 11/2024 with Lyn. Only yesterday did I finally complete the first step. Needless to say she (Lyn) has been so informative and patient during this process. Lyn explained the process and spent time detailing how DebtHammer works. Lyn never pressured me like other companies that I contacted. Lyn provided clarity and guidance for convincing me that I needed to make changes. She treated me with kindness and respect.
