It was perfect timing when he called and easy to follow the process of getting my loans taken care of!
The representatives were very polite down to earth process was quick and the feedback I got was in a year I’ll be glad I made this decision However their are a lot of paperwork that require my signature and I was just alittle apprehensive I’ll just have to wait and see

At first, I was a little nervous about starting this process because when I clicked on the link that stated sign up for Student Loan Forgiveness it routed me to a phone number. When the rep answered, she just said "hello". Once I spoke with Rep. Craig G., he explained every step-by-step to me and was very informative regarding my student loan.
