Only able to sign up your spouse once a year...
How can it be that you can only register your spouse for insurance once a year? If you miss the window, too bad and oh that window comes right when you're starting a new job so of course you have time to do it. Quite disappointed, but not surprised by the actions of an insurance company.

Excellent service and quick reimbursements!
I’ve been really happy with my dental insurance. They process reimbursements very quickly, and everything has always gone smoothly. It’s a relief to have such reliable and efficient service — definitely makes dental care much easier and stress-free. I highly recommend them!

look for another insurance
I recently received an email stating that I have an outstanding bill of 1,600 DKK for seven months of unpaid insurance.However, I had registered the payments to be made automatically through Betalingsservice. As soon as I saw the message, I contacted my bank to find out why the payments were not processed. The bank confirmed that everything was correctly registered, but that due to their internal system issue, the payments were never withdrawn to DT.When I reached out to DT by phone and email, I was told that they had sent me the bills by email and that I should have paid them manually. But what is the point of registering for automatic payments through Betalingsservice if the system fails and no one takes responsibility? I did not notice that the bill is not paid, I have many subscriptions and i do not stay to check to see which is paid and which is not.DT showed no accountability for the situation and simply told me that there was nothing they could do, and I still had to pay the full amount, including penalties.Of course, I will pay what I owe, even though paying the entire amount at once is difficult. However, after this experience, I no longer wish to remain a customer. I also never received any reminder or notification that the bills were not being paid.I cannot recommend this company due to their lack of empathy, responsibility, and poor customer service.
