These guys are fantastic
These guys are fantastic. They stepped in and helped me at a critical moment, protected me from online harassment and threats, immediately giving me peace of mind and taking effective action against malicious actors. They are professional, thorough, and very knowledgeable about how to deal with online harassment and its sources worldwide. I was particularly impressed with their worldwide reach. They have turned what I thought would be a life altering situation into something far more manageable. Further, they were decent and understanding, and were able to calm and reassure me when the incident occurred. Then they followed through and sorted out the problem and their service continues to provide me peace of mind and guidance in my exposure to malicious actors on the net. I was astounded at how effective they are and can’t recommend them enough.

Prepayment, No service, Refusal to repay
Given the anxiety brought about by the need for this service, they pushed to be paid up-front, with nothing having been performed. When my Insurance Company contacted me, and they had their own Cybersecurity partner, this Company refused to return a large prepayment when no service had been performed.

I would recommend this service for peace of mind and attempt to get these people behind bars
Cyber investigation was something I was skeptical about initially, but in a time of fear, uncertainty, and isolation, my reaching out to this company was worth it. I was/am a victim of sextortion and my case manager and analyst were there for me every step of the way. The inital call was lengthy but necessary to get all information from my situation. Case manager/staff was very clear with instruction, communication, and most importantly were empathetic to my situation. It’s wild how apparent this crime is. It makes me sick to my stomach and the team at Cyber ingestion helped provide some alleviation. I purchased the “3 day pack” which would include a thorough investigation and tracing of the perpetrator. I was able to get my full report including geolocation and all phone communications my analyst had with the perpetrator the very next day. The police in that area was notified from the company as well. Since then I have not had any contact attempts from the sextortionist. Even now, the team calls to check in with me to make sure I am ok and free from contact or follow through of the perpetrator’s blackmail. I would recommend this service for peace of mind and attempt to get these people behind bars.

Great service provided
Great service provided. They were able to track down the person and stop them from destroying my life. After the 15 days they sent a report and then called and explained everything that they had done with going the report they sent. I would definitely use this service again if necessary

Online extortion
At first it felt horrible. After listening I understood better what had occurred. It was a great feeling to have someone who knew what to do to stop it. I had plenty of information and they got right on it. I was well pleased with the speed at which they stopped the harassment and followed through with what they said they would do. I hope it never happens again, but at least I know somewhere to turn to for help.
