Positive update to a previous poor review...

This is an update to a recently submitted review. I finally received my necklace yesterday. It is beautiful. The detail is great and the engraving that included special characters is perfect . In the past, my orders arrived in approximately 4-6 weeks. This order took 3 months to receive. I emailed the company 5 times without any response. There was no phone number to call, until I received my delivery confirmation where it was listed on the email. A response from the company to let me know of a delay would have been appreciated. But I'm happy to have actually received my product and to see the quality is just as good as my other necklaces. I would be willing to try giving the company another chance, but I know now to allow for extra time for shipping (and to save their phone number!)

I’ve attempted to contact customer…

I’ve attempted to contact customer service twice, never responded. I ordered a custom keychain a month ago. Never heard anything about shipping or processing. This was meant as a gift to my mother. I’ve ordered from here before. I would honestly just like a refund because this is ridiculous.

Took the money and dipped

Ordered two keychains in March. Never received the items and reached out 3x w no response. I’ve finally disputed the charges w my bank. Super disappointing that they’d take the money and dip.

Never got the keychains I ordered and they took my money. Never got a response to 2 emails I sent a month after ordering. Never buying from this company again.

Scammed

I have order from this company many times without issues. Unfortunately for this order nothing. I sent them an email checking on the status of my order as the website states 5-10 business day. I ordered April 21st sent an email on May 15th. I even reached out to them on Instagram. Nothing. As of June 4th I do not have my order and I’m out of about $130. Now when you go on the website it says all the products are SOLD OUT. I’m praying they do the right thing and send me my order as this is a Father’s Day & Birthday gift.

am i getting scammed?

I ordered from them in 2022. great experience. i ordered again this April and have heard nothing. i've reached out multiple times and nothing. no idea where my order is or the status and no one will get back to me.

THIS IS A SCAM!!

THIS IS A SCAM!!! I ordered a few items more than two months ago, and they were never shipped/I never got any kind of email from the company even though they charged me the money. I wrote a friendly email to them, assuming maybe they were running a little behind. No response. I then sent three more email over the following weeks, asking for a refund or/and any sort of communication. Complete silence. Apparently the entire website is a scam site to take your money.

I have tried to contact them numerous times about my order. Never got a response back. My kids have been waiting for their bracelets of our beloved dog that we recently lost and the non communication and never receiving our order is order is just lack of respect and poor customer service

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I have not received any answers to my requests online to learn the status of my order. I am very disappointed. If I don't get my item by the end of the week OR hear from the company as to the status, I will be contacting my credit card to recall my payment.

Never received order

I haven’t received my order ( placed my order on 4/7/25). I’ve emailed on two separate occasions requesting information about my order and never heard from anyone. I understand the process takes some time but it’s been 6 weeks.

Never received my necklace

Never received my necklace. I emailed twice and never heard anything. I'm sad by this as I have gotten several necklaces before with no problems. But this time all I got was an email saying the support team would reach out and I never heard anything back.

Product not received, no reply from Customer Service (but yet the money was taken out of my account)

I ordered a keychain at the end of March for a friend who lost her precious pup. I have still not received it, but yet the purchase was taken out of my account right away. I have tried contacting Customer Service numerous times, but have not received any sort of reply. I understand if there is a delay in processing and/or shipping, but the absence of communication is unacceptable.

The company took my money and then…

The company took my money and then never even put my order into production, much less ship it out. I had to do a charge-back with my credit card company, even after reaching out to the company.

Never received my purchases!!

Never received my purchases!! Emailed numerous times and requested updates or a refund. Only one email was responded to, with a copy and paste of the processing and shipping times that had already passed. Terrible customer service and a terrible experience. Still haven’t not received my order that was placed in February and customer service will not respond to requests!!

Custom Pet Gifts truly suck

Custom Pet Gifts suck. The nerve to ask for a review when they still haven’t shipped my purchase/gift to a grieving friend and I believe they never will. No response either. I should have read the awful reviews before ordering almost 2 months ago. Worst company ever, so gross. Thanks for nothing.
