Custom curtains arrived quickly

I ordered 2 custom sized curtains at the end of November 2023. I found that the email and chat replys were very quick to respond to queries. It took just under 1 month for both of the curtains to arrive.One of the curtains was exactly as I ordered, but I did have issues with the other curtains being a different colour to what was advertised in the description. After emailing customer service, I ended up getting a refund for those.

I can only assume this company has…

I can only assume this company has improved out of sight going on all the horrible reviews! I was aware of the poor reviews before ordering, but they had exactly what i was looking for and a decent price so took the chance. Arrival was approx 3 weeks to Perth, Australia and the curtains are fantastic! Thick blockout material with a very realistic banana leaf print. I honestly could not be happier. Ordering more for other rooms now.

item was defective in multiple ways

item was defective in multiple ways, they spent a significant amount of time arguing with me that this was the case, DO NOT trust this company is the bottom line. they tried to wear me down with endless variations of the same questions and kept insisting i couldnt afford to even return the curtains, so a refund wouldnt be of help. again, i cant stress this enough. do NOT trust them

Star sky moon curtains for two large windows

I contacted curtains in regarding the sizes of my windows as they were not listed. They were very helpful and gave me information as to how to order and that they would be made to measure. It was all clear and i ordered them and paid the cost of the nearest size on the order page. This was all confirmed and they gave me a time window - it was exactly as they said it would be and they sent me a confirmation of the balance to pay and a date. I then received a confirmation that the curtains had been shipped and they would arrive at Heathrow with a day and flight time. No postage charge. I paid the balance and received a receipt. As regards the quality - very good - heavy cotton with a nice sheen. The design was not exactly as the illustration but still very nice. They fitted perfectly and look wonderful. I have nothing but praise for this company they did everything to make my purchase easy.Thank you Curtainsin - highly recommended.I would like to add that I do not work for curtainsin and these are my own words and a true opinion of the product and the transaction

Curtains were of a good standard

Curtains were of a good standard. They did appear as advertised. The lead-time for delivery was a little long , but otherwise everything else was satifactory.

Do not buy!

The product sent is not like the advertised, it could not be worse and the quality is terrible. Costumer services say they do not take returns unless the product is damaged - which is different than the return policy on the website.

YES. STAY AWAY - DON'T EVEN TAKE A CHANCE

All the poor reviews on here about this appalling company are sadly true. They send you defective goods after taking your money immediately then you wait weeks and weeks. Curtains arrive and are two completely different colours. They argue that they sent the correct item. Not disputing that but they are TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOURS. Sh*te company set up purely to con poor honest people!

Scam AVOID

I wish I had read these reviews first. Rookie mistake. Same story as others, curtains arrived and looked unbelievably cheap, nothing like the picture and completely the wrong size. Literally so ugly I don't think we could give them away. Offered 10% refund. Spent £80 including shipping. Just glad we didn't spend more at this point. They claim on the site to offer refunds but they will refuse. Tried to push them but ultimately as others have said they are based in China so there is nothing we can do if they refuse to refund us. Unfortunately paid by debit card so can't get anything back. Now realise this is a scam - ALWAYS check reviews of unknown providers, I have seen other sites with similar stories.

Buyers Beware! Stay away from this seller

Buyers beware! Do not buy from this seller.I saw a display of curtains on their website, and I thought it was nice, so ordered it, Paid over £133 for two pairs of curtains - 84inches x 80inches and 80inches x 80inches. After waiting for almost 2weeks, it finally arrived, and I couldn't believe my eyes, they sent very poor curtain with wire hooks at the top. The worse of all is that, they completely got the measurement wrong. I'm not sure if they were taught about measurements in school. Each curtain measured 26inches at the top and 51inches at the bottom....very unprofessional. I sent email with photos to show that the items are completely wrong and requested for return label for the packages to be sent back to them, so I can get full refund, they are refusing to refund my money. I blame myself for not reading reviews before dealing with them.Please do not give your hard-earned money to this seller. They are rip off.

HOW DO THEY STAY IN BUSINESS

I ordered two sets of curtains almost 3 months ago...I shop you not...I finally got one pair of curtains in about 3 weeks ago...I checked my account last week to see what was up with the 2nd pair of curtains, and it just said ORDER COMPLETED...SO NOW IVE HAD TO MESS WITH TRYING TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND THEY DIDNT EVEN GET BACK WITH ME SINCE THE LAST EMAIL...IM TURNING THEM INTO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...THEY WONT IGNORE THEM LIKE THEY DID ME...THIS HAS BEEN A JOKE

I took a chance but well worth it!!!

I read many negative reviews of this company and was most reluctant to order but couldn't find what I wanted with any other suppliers.I therefore took a leap of faith and decided it wasn't a huge amount of money to lose if it all went wrong.I therefore feel compelled to write and let the world know what a great expereince this was. My curtains arrived exactly 2 weeks after ordering them. Okay so they're not fabulous quality but I definitely got my money's worth.Not a bad word to say, 100% delighted.

Please do not use this site

Please do not use this site. I brought some curtains which looked lovely in the picture. They arrived and they looked nothing like that! The stitching was terrible and the cut uneven. Absolutely disgraceful. I asked for a refund and was told they wouldn’t refund as my issues were due to personal preference. I opened a PayPal case and they tried to bully me to close it. They wouldn’t provide a return address and offered me a 10% refund. Thankfully PayPal closed in my favour. Avoid like the plague.

I have a bad experience with the curtains in website

I am sorry to write bad stuff here, but i think people need to know. I had a bad experience with the "curtains in". Ordered curtains from them, gorgeous on the photo on the website, double checked in chat the details were as I needed (I asked if a part of the printed image is done in glitter over it, not just print and they said 'yes' in chat) and was looking forward to receiving them. But when the curtains arrived - the quality of the material was poor, it also feels very synthetic and unpleasant to touch (it was an order for a child's bedroom) and the detail that I confirmed with them in chat was not what they said, it was just a picture, not glitter. I wrote to them immediately asking the address to send it back to. I was ready to pay for the delivery. By law there is a period when I can return the item if I do not like it. What is more, on their website it says that I have the right to do that, but when I asked them to please provide the address to send it to, they first asked me to send multiple photos of the curtains, then after several emails between us, they said that the item I received was what I ordered and they do not accept returns in such case. They guys were very polite, that's true, however, what happened is ruining my customers' rights. After I argued and send them the extract from their website that by law I have the right to return it, they offered to give me 10% discount (accounting that sending it back would cost more than I was offered to cover). I am very disappointed and thought it was just me, but found this website and it appears more people are not happy with it. I believe people need to know. I had to order other curtains (similar price) but from another website and the quality is terrific, totally happy with it.

AVOID! Terrible experience

If I could give 0 stars or minus stars I would! Avoid with a barge pole! I ordered 2 pairs of matching curtains in 2 different sizes for my bedroom. They arrived not as described, the quality was horrendous... the print looked like it had bled into the background & the feel was very cheap & nasty. They were the wrong size & didn't fit my window. I contacted the seller & the amount of emails between us quickly reached double figures with them trying to fob me off, offering me only a small % of my money back & saying I needed to pay to return the item! I opened a PayPal case (as this was how I'd paid) & they asked me to close it. We couldn't reach an agreement so £24 to ship back to China & provided proof of postage. Luckily, PayPal went in my favour & gave me a full refund... so I'm down £24 but... got my original £95 back. I'll just learn from this & try & warn others of this shocking experience.
