They are scammers
If I could give them just 1 star I would.They are scammers. It’d take pages to detail all of it.The original order was problematic besides insanely slow despite my paying rush fees. They at first ignored me but then finally were kind and refunded the rush fees. The item was flawed and didn’t even have all the components I ordered; it didn’t really look like my dog in the face so I told them what needed to be fixed. Weeks and weeks later they send me photos of the “replacement” and they’d ignored my requests and it looked worse. I asked them again if they could make it better or if it’s just not possible which I asked before sending back the original item and agreeing to a replacement. They didn’t answer. I wanted a refund when I saw the photos of the replacement and was upset bc I hadn’t seen the refund policy; they forwarded where they had sent that to me and I apologized. And then nothing. Silence. And now I get an email saying they’ve completed my order altogether. So they’ve taken my money and I have no item at all.

I purchased a product for Christmas…AND IT SUCKS
I purchased a product for Christmas gift that was left at our home accidentally after Christmas, and the receiver was 5 hours away. So she tried it on for the first time 2/21/26, which was outside of their return window HOWEVER, upon putting the sleep pants on, the product ripped at the cross-section of seams in the "PRIVATE" area. THIS IS PROOF OF A POOR PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH and they are NOT standing behind their product that hasn't even been worn.

Customer service has been super helpful. I haven’t received a sneak peek or my cuddle clone yet, but so far so good, they’ve even asked for extra details which I appreciate. It is super expensive, but if the product matches the price, I’m good with it. Will update when I see my cuddle clone.

Right from the start of purchasing my cuddle clone to receiving my cuddle clone of my dog Arthur, it has been a very easy process. I live in the UK and communicating with the customer service team in America has been very easy and straight forward and all my questions and queries have been answered. I was even asked for extra pictures to make sure the design team had all the details to create Arthur. When I ordered my cuddle clone, I was sceptical (as you are) about spending a large amount of money on something that you don't know what it will look like and if it it would be as good as Cuddle Clones claims to be. But when I received my 'Arthur' it was much better then I expected. He looked exactly like my boy and he had all his lumps and bumps included that made him unique and special. I love him so much! I would definitely recommend Cuddle Clones to everyone!

I ordered a clone in honor of my 15 year old kitty
I ordered a clone in honor of the passing of my old kitty brothers. I am thankful I ordered just one to see how it turned out before adding the other. It looked NOTHING like my old buddy. I reached out to see what could be done and no reply. Then was asked to provide reviews, but my negative reviews were almost instantly deleted. I am sure there are many more like me who grew tired of the process and never ended up submitting a review that is visible. Stay away! Very expensive, took forever, no customer service, and no way to get a refund. So disappointing too during a time of grief for me.

Harlow’s Stuffed Clone
Harlow was my very first dog. Losing her to the disease PLE after 11 years was devastating. I saw an ad for cuddle clones, a stuffed toy which would look like Harlow. My husband was hesitant saying you can’t replace Harlow, but having a little stuffed toy that looked exactly like her was just what I needed. The process was easy. I submitted the necessary photos of Harlow. I received emails asking for more photos and more information about the color of her hair and the shape of her ears. Questions like was her tail up or down? Was her tongue in or out. Was her mouth open or shut? Every little detail they asked me helped to produce an almost identical copy of my Harlow. Of course, I cried when the package came and Harlow’s two siblings ran over to give the toy a kiss. I am very grateful for a company like this who can bring a little bit of joy to a devastating loss. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Paid $300 for a stuffed animal that was supposed to be a clone of my deceased cat. Had the 2week rush but the company did not stick to that (from order to delivery was almost a month). Also, I was not aware that this product was made in China (they put it together in China, then it has to ship to the US to their HQ, and then it ships again to the customer) and honestly if I had known that I wouldn’t have purchased from this company at all. When I did finally receive it, it wasn’t a clone at all… yes the pattern was mostly correct but I wound up with a super expensive stuffed animal that looked “kinda” like my cat. Fur length was way off, face shape was not right, eyes were not right, neck width was not right, it was overall just too fat, and the zipper on the bottom wasn’t even sewn on straight. It also has a strong chemical smell and the fur feels chalky. I sent in photos of the clone and photos of my cat and was given a full refund. They did give me the option to have alterations done but why would I trust them to do that after the process so far? I’ve seen photos of a lot of dog clone reviews and those seem to be great (as long as it’s an actual breed - I haven’t seen any of a mixed breed or mutt breed) but they suck at cats… so just do not waste your time.

the cuddle clone of our little girl was delivered as promised just under 6 weeks. She is beautiful. I had one issue with it and an answer was supplied quickly and we resolved it. it was well worth it to have our Piper with us again in some form, and has helped with the grieving process.

Almost 2 months since order placed, have not received item
I placed my order on 12/21/25. As of today, Cuddle Clones has not sent me shipping verification. I've emailed them a few times. The only response I get is "it's still in production, and they don't know when my order will be processed." When I request a refund, they state, "We cannot give you a refund because the order is in production." I emailed them again today and am awaiting a response. If not satisfactory, I'll contact my bank.

What a scam. My sister orders one of these after the loss of my beloved cat. She was a brown tabby, and what they sent was a cheap carnival prize knockoff GREY cat. It looks nothing like my girl, and for a $200 product, this thing feels like it cost $5 to make. Company is absolutely a scam, do not fall for it!!

Sorrow has compassion with Cuddle Clones
Knowing the amount of sorrow I am in. She was compassionate that I need to and would give up my soul hold my baby again, but, cause of disability no the funds for an 8 or 10 inch fluffy of my Missy. I hate being disabled because of instances like this. I am so lost, she was the only one to calm me down and now she is gone. The agent was compassionate and understanding. I want to hold my baby again. I am empty inside and knowing the state I am in, the agent did say to get in touch if I am able to buy my angel as a fluffy!!! Wish you all could have met my little one. She had so much love to give asking nothing in return. Our love shines through into the world she now lives in. I feel her here but, need to actually hold her!!
