Julie, to me is very hard to work with. Short with answers, when I needed things explained to me and I was told day of funding I had to get them money but they would not take a electronic check and wanted it wired or delivered. Either way cost at least $25. This could have been taken care of earlier and/or they could take a electronic check or CC. Also would not give wiring information to me over the phone so credit union could wire the funds for the purchase. (which by the way could have also included the amount they want wired now, if they would have let me know.) I don't have much experience with title companies so maybe they all are this way, but I will be finding out if I ever need one again, because I will not be using Chicago title again.
