Scammers and deliberate deceptions. And NO return of my money.
I called to cancel my cruise with Norwegian thinking I talking with Norwegian. Monica knew that the purpose of my call was only to cancel my cruise and start a claim on my insurance company which had told me I’d receive a 90-100% because of a catastrophic injury suffered by my husband. They told me I had to pay them the penalty to cancel first, and that I would get the money returned to me by my insurance. They said they would cancel my reservation. 6 weeks later I realized they had never cancelled my trip. I tried to call them and the phone was disconnected, not in service. I called my credit card and reported fraud. I have fought this for 3 months now. My bank gave me the number they had contacted. These people now say they returned the money. My bank says they did not. Another dba is Cheap Fly Travel. Peter Thompson is a”Sr Manager” phone number 1-844-362-2556. Phone number given to me by my credit card is 1-844-245-9779 for “Cruise Services “customer services”. They created fake documents to fight me and proved no confirmations and no receipts and refused to give me proof that they returned my money. They admitted that they provided me with no services.
