My first experience with Cruise direct
My first experience with Cruise direct is amazing! I was able to work with Azia first, and she was amazing getting my reservations and everything in order. As time had passed, I was getting more frazzled because I wasn't able to get in and directly work with an agent to answer my questions. It did take me quite a few tries to get through and it was anguishing to say the least! But I finally got through to the agents, and in particular James and Janrey were most patient and were able to answer all my questions. The key word is patience! For you the customer and they the agents. This is a huge operation and things don't get answered in split second timing. Thankfully they do not use AI, so you just have to set yourself for being patient, And you will soon be rewarded. I saved a lot of money with Cruise direct! They are most helpful! And I will use them again!

I called about a change of cruise ship…
I called about a change of cruise ship schedule, and Jessica was online, and she helped me made the change swiftly within 60 minutes. Since I did not receive her call because I am from overseas, I used the chat box she suggested, and John came along and assist me to follow up. The discussion was very smooth, and John was patient to wait for me until I completed payment successfully. John also gave me the address where I should go to board the ship. He is very patient and efficent.
