I’m really impressed with Crown & Paw. Customer service was super helpful in assisting with a fast delivery, and the finished picture was wonderful — it arrived to my niece in Australia and made her day. Great experience from start to finish.
I order Modern Pet Portrait - Five Pets, Framed Poster - Unframed / White for $44.97 and $10 digital download. They are now telling me I paid $77.01 for a digital download. I even sent the customer service person my confirmation and it says unframed pet poster and digital download, both different costs. NOT COOL!! They are arguing that it is only digital download, now who would pay that much for a digital download?
It was hard to do. Every time I went back, it was disappearing the one I picked. I would’ve liked to have it one look more at the checkout. Got so flustered Iforgot to put the discount code CP welcome
My $100 cavas arrived with a huge scratch mark across my cat’s face. I emailed them right away and they told me they were sending a replacement order.. this was two weeks ago and they never sent me anything. They lied to me saying they would and then left me hanging. Go elsewhere - there’s tons of similar companies that probably have better customer service.
I ordered a print for my boyfriend’s dog who passed away. It was over $100. They told me it was sent, but it was never received and they would not replace artwork or my money. Do not waste your time and or money on this company, they are untrustworthy!

If I could give Crown and Paw zero stars, I would. The whole experience was a big let down. We ordered two pairs of socks for my daughter's best friend (for his 8th birthday). They were ordered on Dec. 2nd, and I paid extra in express shipping to ensure they were shipped within 2-4 days and arrived in time for his December 19th birthday. The socks finally arrived on January 4th, and were the poorest quality socks I've ever seen. There is no way they were kid-sized - they were big on my feet. The print quality was extremely poor. I will never use Crown & Paw again and suggest you don't either.
Very unhappy with this company. I ordered a Christmas ornament for my wife on the 12th of December. I paid the extra 10 dollars for my artwork to be previewed within 24 hours. I did not get my preview until 48 hours later. I paid the extra 20 dollars for the fast shipping but did not receive my item until after christmas and the packaging was ripped and taped together. I felt so embarrassed to give this as a gift
This was a gift and after a bit of trouble logging in your staff was amazing solving my problems. I’m looking forward to seeing my pup’s portrait.
It was easy to navigate, the only thing I didn’t like was I couldn’t go back to edit something that was in my cart. For example, if I wanted to change the color of the background, I would have to go back and start a new one to add to the cart.
Ordered a hat (print on demand) from Crown & Paw on Dec. 11. It required no proof, no customization of any kind (despite it being called a personalized hat), just a print-on-demand hat that they just had to send to Printful (which I only know because that's where it was shipped from). It arrived on Dec. 26, obviously too late for Christmas and way beyond what they originally said would be the timeline. But worse than that were the excuses, the vague, very obvious AI responses, the lack of information, and then the refusal to honor their return policy.It's a shame because I ordered a custom portrait from them, which DID require a proof and customization, a few years ago and it was delivered quickly and customer service was fantastic. In short:12/11: Ordered, confirmation stated 2-3 days for production and then it would ship.12/17: Inquired about when it would ship, customer service responds by email saying it's ready to ship and I'll get a shipping notification when it does12/19: still has not shipped, reached out via instagram and was told "it was still in production" (so NOT ready to ship), also received a response via email that it's still in production and not ready to ship (contrary to 12/17 email)12/19: I ask about how this is going to be shipped so that it's received in time for Christmas (note: at this time, they're still running ads on Facebook saying to order now to get CUSTOM orders by Christmas!!)12/20: Email from Crown & Paw saying item is being shipped DHL expedited parcel (meaning it has to go from DHL to USPS and it's a 2-5 day service, not guaranteed).12/26: Item arrives, I email about returning it since it's now too late for Christmas and I had to buy a different gift12/28: They respond saying it's not returnable.
I'm pretty sure my order was either forgotten about or misplaced. I ordered a pair of custom socks on Dec 8th (was well within time to receive for xmas) and no status changes until I emailed them 9-10 days later wondering what was happening with the order. No one could seem to tell me what happened or where my order was exactly. They gave me a tracking number that didn't work until the 22nd which told me my order wouldn't be delivered until the 30th. I would have appreciated better communication on delivery/production and would have also paid for expedited shipping if I had been given that option. Additionally, they added some "Checkout +" for an additional $3 automatically to my order that I would not have chosen. My experience with their support team was not great, they seemed to have very little information and were not helpful at all. Their response was to offer a 20% discount (less of a discount than what they offered for filling out a feedback survey) on a future purchase. I wish I had never purchased from this company.
Canadian Buyers Beware! I ordered from this store at the end of November with a guarantee that this would arrive by Christmas. Well, it's the 23rd and it's still in the United States :) They charge your credit card immediately and basically throw it in a corner for a month before shipping - SHADY!Edit: If your company is aware of international shipping and customs taking a very long time, then perhaps there should not have been a big banner with “GURANTEED SHIPPING BY CHRISTMAS” on your .ca (Canada) version of your website for black Friday. It’s not unreasonable to be upset by this, when your website is guaranteeing a delivery date by a certain time. I purchased this on Black Friday, it shipped on Dec 11th and I received it on January 7th with Christmas long over. And that’s fine if you want to say that it’s standard practice to charge at time of purchase – sure it's legal. But the fact is that many other places charge when the item is SHIPPED to avoid these types of issues. By January I was convinced I had been scammed.
I ordered an item in plenty of time for Christmas but it never arrived. I checked back with them two weeks ahead when the tracking number indicated the package had never arrived at USPS. I was told it was sent and to be patient, they would check into it. Eventually they just stopped communicating and I didn't receive the gift. I am thinking this website is a scam.
I purchased a portrait of our three dogs for Christmas for my 8 year old as her main present. When I placed the order I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I approved the art right after they sent me the request. It took them 10 days to ship and they shipped it as slow as molasses to save themselves money and it’s coming a week after Christmas. They lie and lie, their customer service is operated by a fake dog who says the same thing every time you write. Then your complaint moves to a supremely unhelpful human who also says the same thing every time you ask, they give empty apologies and pretend to commiserate as trained. In the end I am left with an 8 year old without her Christmas present and they made 80x what it cost them to produce the gift they didn’t even bother making in a timely manner. Why guarantee Christmas delivery only to deliver a week late??
The picture is amazing and reasonably priced. They sent me a review of the picture to see if I was happy with it. Delivery was very fast and was well packaged.Would definitely recommend this company.

It was my frst time ever going to the website, but I was impressed with how easy it was to order, customize and finish. I love it when ordering is seamless and it's easy to navigate on a website and it was just that. I will be ordering again!
