purchased several pieces from Crib of Art and they are all beautiful. One item arrived damaged because the post office left it in the rain instead of ringing the doorbell. I contacted customer service, and the company immediately replaced the piece without hesitation. Excellent, fast, and outstanding customer service — very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!
Well Anna was one originally took my order she's very sweet very professional very knowledgeable she's a great employee you should be blessed to have her with you and I was still in business I'd try to steal her Hazel also made sure everything was okay there was a mix of an unusual situation but they handled it immediately and made a half and I'm very pleased it should be showing up in March 2nd very excited to see this fire piece

Pat at Crib of Art was helpful, efficient and extremely responsive in resolving an issue with a piece of artwork that I received. A replacement piece was dispatched quickly and received in good order.In recent months I’ve ordered 3 pieces of artwork, both in framed and canvas formats, all of which are gorgeous! I had challenging experience with my wall art order, which unfortunately arrived damaged not once but twice. While this was understandably frustrating, what truly turned the situation around for me was the exceptional support I received from Ana at Crib of Art.Ana showed genuine care and dedication to resolving the issue. When FedEx charged me duties, she went beyond what I would ever expect from customer service. She patiently guided me through the process of seeking a waiver, followed up with me several times, and even offered to cover the invoices and waited for my proof of payment so she could reimburse me.Ana’s professionalism and kindness reflect extremely well on Crib of Art. I am truly grateful for her support.
Absolute scam company. It has been 2 weeks since my order was placed and there has been no progression on it. Been told multiple times that it has been escalated, they will chase the issue and promise updates. Each time then results in a communication blackout from them. Bullshit AI responses full of false promises to try and pacify the customer. Appalling service. Avoid at all costs.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item and the customer service team member, Pat, was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. He professionally and promptly assisted me in resolving the error on my end and helped me order the item that I was after. Thanks a lot for your help Pat!
I am really happy with the help I received from Michelle! While my experience receiving my order was not as smooth as I’d hoped, the customer service was great. I received a quick and professional response that my issue was being looked into. I also received a quick resolution as I received my order the following day. It can be stressful when you aren’t sure why an order isn’t arriving so thank you for making it so easy!

I had a couple of issues with my orders none of which were to do with’Crib of Art’ but the delivery company. Anyhow Ana was perfect in handling the situation and now I am a very happy customer. I definitely recommend this company and the art is great quality.
